Boa localização e bem organizado, porém no quarto que ficamos o Wi-Fi não funcionou bem, caia a conexão o tempo todo e o sinal da rede celular não é tão forte. Sugiro corrigir os problemas de conexão urgente.

Wonderful stay! The room was large with a separate desk area, the bathroom and shower were also very large. Internet was great, friendly staff too. Much better than other nearby hotels!

Café da manhã aquém. Teve um dia em que o serviço não estava dando conta da limpeza de mesas e pratos e da reposição dos alimentos, quando íamos pedir ou falar algo com a funcionária, ela foi rude todas as vezes.
Wi-fi ruim e não estava pegando internet móvel bem lá.
Fora isso, Camas confortáveis, quartos em bom estado, atendimento de recepção sempre à disposição
Localização excelente, perto do Centroe da Lapa, ao lado de uma estação de metro facilitando acesso para varias lugares, inclusive a zonasul.

No café, um luta pra reporem os itens.
Hotel não é péssimo, quebra um galho, mas pra quem quer descansar e ser bem tratado com educação, não recomendo.

Escolhi o hotel por uma memória afetiva e me decepcionei dessa vez. A qualidade caiu muito, vi teias de aranha em vários lugares, o carpete dos corredores estava bem sujo, café da manhã razoável, atendimento mediano e preço elevado, se comparado a outros hotéis do mesmo padrão e que oferecem uma qualidade superior. Já havia me hospedado lá outras vezes, mas essa foi a última.

Só gostaria que os hotéis adotassem a política da diária finalizar após 24h do checkin, pois chegamos à noite e já tivemos que finalizar antes das 12h, mas isso é praticamente em todos os hotéis. Mas sobre a
