Rose Garden Palace Roma by Omnia Hotels

Via Veneto Rome|1.89km from Ornelli Black Angus Steakhouse
We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The location of the place couldn't be better, everything is walking distance, rooms are clean and spacious. Every room has a private bathroom, nespresso machine, which was great before a long tourist day!!! :D The host was very nice, always ready to help, always reachable. I highly recommend Clemy! We will definitely go back.

Termini Central Station
We stayed for two nights at Central Lodge Hotel and had a wonderful time. It is located in a good area, with many supermarkets, bakeries, coffee bars and parks nearby. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. We actually didn’t use any public transport at all as we felt everything was more or less in a walking distance. Therefore, we would say Central Lodge Hotel is very central. It’s a very cool but calm place with nice scents everywhere. You almost can’t tell you are still in a hectic city. All of the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The rooms had recently been redone and were super clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food from eggs, cereal, fruit, yoghurt to pancakes and many more. Whether you wanted to start your day healthy or indulge some sweets it was all possible. Coffee, cappuccino etc. was served upon request and was not limited during breakfast time. Throughout the day there was a self-service bar with American coffee, tea and a refill station for hot and cold drinking water. All was for free. To sum it up we can definitely recommend staying at this little sanctuary.

I stayed alone for 6 nights in this b&b, with all the necessary to be comfortable. It is just a few steps from the stop metro ”Vittorio Emanuele”, 10 minutes walk from Termini station, 15 minutes walk from Colosseum. I met the owner, Alexandro, a very good person, very available, saying I was fully satisfied, and among other things I was also lucky because I got the suitability for attitude psychological-physical tests for State Police 😁

It's close to a underground station so that's good. The area is really quiet and there is a lot of park so.you can escape the crowd of the city of Rome and there is a lot of reataurant around the hotel. It's kinda cleen but not extra cleen like the a/c is like really dirty like filty but the rest of the room was ok. The room looks like hospital room the color and the lighting are kinda depressing. The bed are not confortable if you tend to have back problem like i do bring some med for the pain, but the hotel is calm so yeah.. The breakfast is rellay not that good, there is not enough fruit just pineapple and melon that look questionable, some gross scramble eggs. And some dry croissant. The coffee from the coffee machine are kinda gross too. So don't go.at this hotel just because the breakfast is included. Also everything you go out you have to leave you keys to the reception which is weird I feel like everyone can go.in my room. Also you can't hang you clothes to dry in the room and you can't eat in the room Because of the smell but the Windows can open so yeah... There is a lot of rules i kinda feel like this was a prison.

Affordable, very close to the Central Railway Station, not too far from the Colosseum, just a ten minute walk, the room is not very big, but the bed is still comfortable to sleep, travel is a good choice
