慕名而來，去淶水的路上特意來雄安新區看看，剛開業的酒店，整體裝修非常大氣，環境安靜優雅。還沒入住前接到酒店賓客關係經理馮新蘭的電話，詢問我的入住需求，提前給安排了房間。到店全程引導服務，態度耐心，讓人非常舒適。不論是環境、設施還是服務，都是值的再來的地方。

酒店開業第一天入住，酒店超級大，整體設計結合了北方的氣派和南方的精緻，吃完飯散步走了一個半小時才把酒店逛了一半，另一半實在逛不動了。環境非常棒，服務也沒話説，就是五金潔具和洗護用品跟品牌定位不太搭，希望後面可以改進。

很榮幸是開業第一個入住的客户，受到了熱情的歡迎，還收穫了一大束花花和精美禮物，太榮幸啦！酒店屬於國賓館級的中式園林酒店，園林錯落有致，小橋流水別院，意境多取自古詩文，和悦容公園毗鄰，山、湖、橋、島、亭、塔應有盡有，步行一圈大約需要一個半小時，園區部分樓宇和設施目前正在裝修中。酒店房間舒適，服務周到，客房經理和前台接待人員都很熱情，中餐廳食物主打精緻，用料取材很高級，味道也很棒！特別適合家庭休閑或朋友小聚，期待酒店越來越好、越來越美，下次有機會一定再去！

非常驚喜的一次入住體驗，每個工作人員都很熱情，主動打招呼，眼睛笑眯眯的很是親切。賓客關係馮女士的接待讓人記憶猶新，一直在積極的在幫我們解決用餐問題，滿足我們的需求。房間還送了歡迎水果、小甜品。賀卡上的手工畫非常用心，小朋友很喜歡。

酒店足足住了三天，沒住夠，非常不錯，尤其是江南風格園林，完全不用下江南就能感受江南風情。酒店內吹風機是戴森，枕頭不太舒服，但可以向前台選擇自己喜歡的枕頭，房間優點：一樓有小院、二樓之上是落地窗景色很好。缺點：1.沒有迎賓水果，不夠温馨2.mini吧全部收費，不温馨3.電視較小4.浴缸沒有一次性浴缸巾～細節有待提高喲！

五一假期親子游，除了入住時候趕上團客退房，辦理入住等了兩小時，其他都非常好，很滿意！新開的小童樂園天鵝堡超級大，住店客人138元玩兒一整天，孩子們特別開心。酒店很大，就是一個大公園，景色宜人，完全可以不用出園區就很愜意。酒店衞生乾淨整潔，設施先進，值得推薦！

雄安國際酒店，佔地面積80萬畝，整個酒店就像是個大花園，酒店內綠化養護特別好，可以説是一步一景，一景一生情，湖水碧波蕩漾，小橋流水潺潺，亭台樓榭，粉牆黛瓦，暮靄氤氲，真有種漫步煙雨江南的意境。
可以免費乘坐酒店觀光車，酒店內足夠遊玩一整天小童室外遊樂有探險樂園
室內小童遊樂區在天鵝堡，整棟樓可供孩子遊玩，主打一個種類多，設施新，是真的玩不過來，主要分為遊樂區和體驗區，動靜結合，運動益智結合，室外草坪實現鞦韆自由，真的是太開心啦，孩子玩到不想走

五一期間住了兩晚，超預期的好，特別大，綠化超級棒，和北京的雁棲酒店風格差不多，價格比雁棲酒店香太多啦～前台李夢服務也是很好，五一期間人不少，但是沒有覺得煩躁凌亂，度假好地方，還會再來的

建築輝煌，園林秀美，房間寬敞舒適。湖邊的景色太美了，整個酒店給人一種世外桃源的感覺。賓客服務部的劉夢提前聯繫，服務熱情，安排周到，非常好。唯一不足就是晚餐自助餐廳有個別廚師態度惡劣，頤指氣使，説話非常粗魯。
