Room 143 please fix the curtains. The only issue w entire stay. Staff very nice as always. The curtains didnt cover entire window on each side.

All they had was a smoking room and double beds when I arrived. I booked online and didn't know the area to find another hotel on short notice.

Waited at front desk a good 20mins before someone assisted me. They then gave me dirty keys, didn’t realize til I was in the room. Cleaned them off in the sink.
Duvet was disgusting and immediately removed from the bed. Floor around night stand was disgusting. Trash behind night stand. Looked like someone threw a white liquid on the huge wooden headboard and it was never cleaned up.
Shower did not drain. Window was open. Had to force it closed considering the cold temperatures outside and safety reasons.
Pool was not useable.
Was locked in section of building one morning after fire alarms went off.

I was very glad it was there at such an affordable price. When I checked in, one of the beds in my room wasn't made. It had a sheet laid on it and the other bedclothes were in a pile on top of it. The staff was indifferent, but that could be because I'm from the South where everyone is nice and greets each other.

When we checked in our room wasn’t clean, bed wasn’t made bathroom wasn’t clean. After 3 try’s we finally got a clean room.

The garbage had not been cleared from the previous guest in the bathroom. Also, the heat didn't work. Although set on 'heat,' no matter how high I set the temperature, the room wouldn't warm up. The fan blew cold air all night, as if it were stuck at 60 degrees.

No heat or air in room. Room stunk. Toilet clogged anf called down told me it would be a half an hour, NO ONE CAME!!! Went down gor breakfast and there was only a few things to eat like waffles and there was suppose to be more. Boyfriend asked him yo gill things and he said someone was coming in.No one ever came in. Horrible stay will never come back.

Wasn’t very clean checked in was given 2doubles when reserved a king,went to desk was givin another room opened door and room was a mess bed not made music on, beer bottles and chips on dressers went back to desk for third time was given another room,room looked ok but had to dump water down toilet tank in order for toilet to drain heater wasn’t working bed frame seamed to be broke we were booked to stay 3 nights left after first night.Do not stay here.
