The hotel is in a fairly quiet back-street in Saint-Raphael, close to the border with Frejus. It is less than half a kilometre from Saint-Raphael Valescure station and a similar distance from the main beach in Frejus, and the nearby seafront has a very big selection of restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops and other amenities. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful and has good air conditioning for when the temperature is high (as it was during my stay). Breakfast is included, with a good selection of cereals, bread, croissants, sliced meats etc. I had no problems during my stay, so had no reasons to speak to reception, but each of the receptionists on duty were cheerful and pleasant to speak to. The main door is locked between 12 noon and 3pm, and again after 8pm, but the card which unlocks your room door also unlocks the front door to get in during those times. The only minor criticism that I would make is that there was no wardrobe in my room. However, there was a rack to hang clothes on, and a shelf to store smaller items, so it was possible to keep my clean clothes separate from the ones I had used.

Lovely hotel and a very nice size room. Can explore most of St Raphaël from this location and no shortage of restaurants whether on the main or side streets.

It was much better than I expected. Friendly staff speaks fluent English. Station, restaurants, beach, grocery stores, everything is within walk distance.

The hotel is everything but not a 3 star a week with my daughter who is over a year old I wanted a decent hotel when I read the reviews I said to myself nice in the end I wondered if the reviews who wrote it if it was there families the friends of the staff who wrote, because the room is filthy and several the same week I made the remark shower full of mold, the room the painting of the ceiling torn, the room has my arrival the floors were great room I warned the cleaning lady to do the floor of my room that it's not normal to find the room with lots of ants on the floor, obviously since under the bed it was disgusting. It's far from being a 3 star I'm even sure that the cheapest F1 hotel is much better this hotel can be a star or 2 star maximum but I would say more 1 star. Here is the photo proof!!! In any case never again at this hotel if I hadn't paid for the week the next day I would have looked for something else but I couldn't because I had paid for the week. I strongly advise against this hotel. The only advantage is the location near the beach and the city center but that's it and there are other hotels near the beach and the center.
