Panoramic Hotel

Hotel definitely not 4 stars. Entrance from the main gate to be fixed, stationary boat to be eliminated, doblo from car wreckers with 4 flat tires. Tiny room with wardrobe with doors that opens just right onto the bed, two air conditioners in the room, one of which we didn't know how to turn off and the other with an external unit on the ground on the terrace that throws hot air towards the door, door handle that almost it remains in your hand, the mini bar cabinet with the door almost falling down, the bathroom then... broken shower tray, the shower head with half the holes blocked so when you wash it's as if you were getting acupuncture. The dinners were good except for one evening, but let's forget about it. At breakfast time there was still half a meal missing and from 7.30 the scrambled eggs and bacon arrived at 8.15, perhaps. The hotel sign is half non-functional. I repeat definitely not 4 stars. We have stayed in some 2 star hotels that feel like 5 stars.

Too bad we booked the continuation of our hotel in this hotel. honeymoon ... What can I say .... Let's start with the fact that there are more stairs here than in the subway, and even if you are loaded like a mule with luggage there is no danger that the staff will help you. I continue by saying that we had booked a suite and .... The horrible word is the one that best represents it, the very old furnishings, the mini bar to open it had to be lifted from the ground to find a bottle of gas water and a poor beer in it, but the gem is the bathroom ... There was a nice big tub with whirlpool but ... All ruined and in some places green with rust, and once filled and put into operation all the water came out from under the seals , obviously no one came to clean and we made do with some towels ... To make you better understand I am attaching the photos ... I personally will not set foot there again and I strongly advise against it ...

In August 2021 we stayed at this property and honestly from a 4 star one would expect a little more, The bathrooms should be modernized and cleaning should be more accurate; as for the staff, we were certainly not impressed by the smiles and attentions. The most painful note is represented by the dinner: excellent quality but with portions that would irritate a newborn. And don't try to ask for a hypothetical encore because they don't know what it is. Now, if we were talking about an unpretentious and affordable three-star hotel, we could even turn a blind eye; but since in addition to being mediocre it is also inexplicably expensive, we cannot refrain from a resounding and indisputable rejection. The positive note, to conclude, is that you return home with several kilos less.

It is a real shame that a hotel that they tell me to be one of the first to be born in San Vito is so decadent. And not only because the rooms are in need of modernization, the bathrooms and showers are dated, the air conditioning 'drips', the front door (a nice business card) creaks, but also because the idea that you do the staff and the lady at the reception is not the best of sympathy (Salvo - the only one with whom I had a minimum of dialogue - instead he is very nice). All things that take a little second place on vacation (at least as far as I'm concerned) but that maybe many more fussy people pay more attention to them. The Panoramic Hotel is a little out of the way from the center, but it is a 5-minute walk from Corso Savoia and the area (which can be reached with a short climb) is all in all close to the beach and above all in a very very quiet area. An hourly shuttle service takes you to the hotel's private beach (for a fee). Below average breakfast. From a 4-star you expect a slightly richer buffet, if you arrive at 8.45 am, when the vast majority of people have already had breakfast, the risk is to find little or nothing (especially fruit). I also find it incredible that people make sandwiches and fill their beach bags with food from the buffet without being told anything. The rooms - as already mentioned - would need a restyling because if it is true that the seafront view is truly enviable, the rest clashes a little with the context and the general quality of the rooms (minimal TV for example). Ten days at the Panoramic Hotel which I do not recommend therefore, especially for the cost (by the way, dinner is also to be forgotten, with portions that have nothing to do with the abundance of Sicilian food offered by the various local restaurants), is a pity because reading the other reviews, the idea you get of this hotel is different from what is then the reality.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Booked a room with a sea view. Paid 240 Euros with Amex Travel service. They gave us the room under the restaurant that the sea could hardly see. But worst of all was an air conditioning piping noise that lasted all night. In the morning at 6 they started moving chairs. In short, a sleepless night. I will make a claim through the Amex service because you can't charge that much for a room not to sleep.

Sicuramente non è un hotel 4 stelle , arredamento anni 90 , camera e bagno completamente da rifare . Scomodo con un passeggino e le valigie, scale da salire senza una rampa , per entrare in hotel . Accoglienza , male … la reception completamente da rivedere , personale poco cordiale e motivato. Per il resto si cena bene e i due camerieri di sala ( Salvatore e Nicola ) sono molto bravi , gentili e disponibili. Non ritornerei .

Personale gentilissimo ,camera spaziosa con vista su San Vito da sogno, posizione con una vista meravigliosa e a due passi dal centro e la spiaggia .colazione a buffet abbondante e varia . Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Sinceramente no non è un hotel da 4 stelle A parte il fatto di essere un po' datato ma le stanze e i bagni sono davvero da rifare di sana pianta L'esterno non è affatto curato anzi.... L'unica nota positiva in quel posto sono i camerieri del ristorante Ragazzi in gamba educati e molto disponibili La qualità del cibo buona
