I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere in Santa Rosa. Just keep driving. There aren’t great restaurants or lodging options. There is a train track near this motel.

Front desk was very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The only thing was the mattress was way too firm.

This was economical and clean, which was what I was after. It is an older motel, in an older part of the town, with train track close by which two trains went thru early in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the bedding. In my opinion there was no top sheet, just a semi-course woven cotton blanket. They disagreed and said that WAS a sheet. Never have I had a sheet like that and I have stayed in MULTIPLE economical motels. Fortunately, my next stay was in another Americas Best Value and it had an actual sheet as a top sheet, like EVERY other place I have stayed.

The staff was great and the room was a mix of old and newly updated. The bed was very comfy and breakfast was good. This might be temporary, but the old mattress stands were piled in the parking lot for pick up (I think). Food nearby was quite limited. Lots of places permanently closed nearby.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you are road weary and need a clean bed and a hot shower at a reasonable price.
It is an older property that the present owners have renovated to an acceptable condition. The rooms are small, but who notices that when you're asleep?
For the prices charged it's a good deal. I'll stay definitely here next time I'm passing through.

This was just an overnight stay. Room was clean, but had a funny smell. Because of the price, it was worth the stay.
