It was different. Definately for kids. Very bright and with really good breakfast buffet. But the bathrooms need heating and maybe some rugs on the floors(they were freezing). All the staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a bad joke, don't know how it got 8.8/excellent?? I arrived late in the evening, no parking available, this is like a B&B not a 3 star hotel. The breakfast can't called a breakfast.. I stayed also in Spa Les Artes which is far much better.

Well located and we easily walked to everything. Train station is close and for less than $3 euros you are in Puerta del Sol.

LAS HABITACIONES SON PEQUEÑAS PARA TRES CAMAS. FALTA ESPACIO PARA MOVERSE POR DENTRO Y COLOCAR LAS MALETAS. EL DESAYUNO BIEN CON VARIEDAD DE BOLLERIA Y FIAMBRE. PARA PASAR UNA NOCHE NO ESTA MAL. YO CREO QUE POR FALTA DE SITIO NOS DARIAN UNA DOBLE Y METIERON LA OTRA CAMA COMO PUDIERON.

My elderly father stayed at this hotel While visiting our relatives in pinto Madrid. He unfortunately sustained a fall and broke his pelvis. In those uncertain times the hotel staff at Indiana hotel went beyond the call and assisted my father in finding him a more comfortable room and arranging for extended lodging while he received emergency care at their local hospital. We are forever grateful to the hotel staff for their kindness.
