5/5PerfectFantastic service and very comfortable. I was looking for a place near the airport to stay away from the city and to be surrounded by nature. I actually extended my stay for 4 additional nights since having the beach across the street is extremely convenient, especially if you like to take dips early in the morning. The boardwalk along Sanya Bay is right there as well; very shaded and clean, perfect for long walks or running. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the pool was super clean. I will definitely stay here again when I want to escape for short vacations on a weekend!

Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.
