酒店位置很難找，地下停車場是收費的，並且也很難找入口，停車場門崗的保安都不知道這個酒店，打訂單裏面的電話永遠是關機的，耗費了快一個小時才進來停車場，在停車場轉了好幾圈找到了酒店所處的F棟，滿心歡喜的以為到了一樓大廳就可以辦理入住了，結果確是問了好幾個前台都説不是，叫你往裡麪左邊找，好容易找到終於辦理入住。對於本次入住非常不滿意有以下幾點：
1、酒店完全沒有前台服務，整棟樓是有很多家酒店共同經營，這家酒店衹是佔其中一點點房間。
2、房間設施多處破損完全沒有維修維護。
3、整個房間衹是收了垃圾袋，房間衞生都沒有打掃，座椅桌子上都是灰塵。
以下幾點是特別要差評的；
1、衞生間，洗漱間一股尿臭，薰**了。
2、收的100元按金，説好的是退房後當天下午5點，最多不超過6點就會原路退回，結果到了快9點都沒有給我退回，打座機電話一直關機，還好頭晚看到了牆上貼的手機號，打了好幾個電話催促才把按金退回。
強烈建議小夥伴不要入住這個酒店，包括這個區域的酒店，衹有外觀設計獨特，內部就是糟糠。毫無舒適度！
3、提供的拖鞋非常臟，根本沒有清洗消毒。

配套設施差，房間小，蟲子多，服務差，冰箱異味重，根本沒法住，不推薦，不能為了聽名字，看這個幾顆樹而選擇這家酒店，真的很差，定的沒法退，連住的話，浴巾毛巾不給換，床單被罩更不用説了，地面孩子吃的幹吃麪，一直沒打掃，真是差勁

首先，住宿條件特別差，我們兩個來度蜜月，給了我們一間家庭房，空着一個小房間不説，屋裡燈特別昏暗，燈的開關都不太好用，空調噪音特別大。半夜3點熱醒，因為房卡電費欠費停電了。服了。給攜程上提供的電話打電話打了好幾遍不接，衹好下樓去前台，結果前台還關門，隔壁都在開着，他們家關門。敲門也沒人來開，最後給門上寫的電話打電話才來開門，一開門問我敲什麼門，給我氣的。直接跟工作人員吵起來。什麼態度這是，我沒事閑的大半夜3點過來敲門嗎？總之，差的要命。投訴，舉報，最差的酒店，沒有之一。
