My wife, (who is originally from Brazil ) and myself decided that were should see a different area of Brazil. We found out about this island about 175 miles from Sao Paulo. We booked a three bight say at this lovely hotel. We had upgraded our room as we discovered the original room had no views of the ocean. The upgraded room didn't come cheap , we paid an extra 67.00 dollars. The Room was very large , had an excellent view of the ocean. Unfortunately for us we encountered lots of rain. So swimming at the beach and pool was out of the question. The breakfast the hotel served was OK, nothing special. We had ordered room service which wasn't good. They didn't bring us and utensils, napkins etc. We didn't like the food .the walk from our room to the main area of the resort was a very steep. It was very tricky walking in the rain. Over all we like the hotel. We think although it was pricey ( mid week and low season) we love the location. The shower was so tiny, but the bathtub was great.. The island is good for a few days ,unless you like doing a lot of hiking, ocen fishing, water sports. Getting here by fairy was easy. Book in advance or you could end in line for hours. I'm am handicapped and brought my placecard , yet the traffic parking police gave my a 55 dollar ticket even though I displayed my permit. Can only account to the vast corruption here. We decided that the are much safer and better places to visit in brazil.

Bathroom: shower in drops, broken glasses entered frozen nine degrees in São Paulo, without counting the lower part of the door cut by where the wind entered. Bed: small but comfortable. Covered without plastic I didn't use because of the acars. Room: the lamp was not working, but the hotel changed when I asked. No noise, I slept well breakfast: to the hotel level, until reasonable. Parking: a absurd to charge 15 reals for that garage per day, not being third-party, but from the hotel itself. Hosting: I reserved a couple bed and there was like a single guest. The hotel charged me the difference. You didn't get to work to solve with Booking.com. You said it was a system problem, but I didn't have any fault. I could have been exempt from the 40 real differences, but they didn't care. I decided to leave the hotel.

We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours. Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

Very careful staff, you have no TV in the room or fridge because hotel and vegetarian/vegan (I didn't understand the lack of these items) Breakfast I didn't like you have 4 options that are already ready from the kitchen, If you are in the cafes, because it takes a long time to bring them, the first day of my stay I have been exchanged, and I think that needs to be improved.
