The location of this hotel is really convenient. When there is nothing to do on the weekends, I go around. There are many restaurants to choose from. I ate a Japanese restaurant and the dishes are basically localized. The owner created a new drink because it is pink. It’s also rare that the boss tried hard to talk to me in English and recommended it. I tried it and it tasted really good. There is a carrefour about 5 or 600 meters away. I remembered that my local colleagues recommended local milk to me, so I bought some local milk and fruits. It’s very fresh; the hotel’s breakfast menu is a little bit more, but the ingredients are what I value most. In addition, one day I worked overtime and returned late. Just returned from my second stay at Fasano São Paulo and am pleased to say it was as good as the first time. The staff goes out of its way to please it’s guests and maintains extremely high standards. The rooms are impeccably designed with amazing bath supplies, comfortable beds, electric blinds that block out the daylight completely and the welcoming brigadeiros. Fasano, though, is more than just a hotel. The Baretto Jazz Lounge offers excellent live music, the hotel dining options are all exceptional, and there is a mini upscale mall attached to the property, Shops Jardins, that is home to upscale retailers such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, etc along with top tier restaurants including Makoto. Location cannot be beat with Oscar Freire just a few blocks away and a couple of Santander banks for ATM withdrawals within a 5 minute walk. Extremely safe and upscale neighborhood that attracts a sophisticated, but non pretentious, crowd. Why stay anywhere else in São Paulo?…I know I wouldn’t.

Pros: Good location, good service when checking in/normal area, and good pressure/temperature control : Full charge ($12 dish, $55 breakfast, etc.), air-conditioning is a bit, medium/soft (personal choice, room) and, since my last stay here, things have been reduced. Overall: nice rooms, beautiful location and good structure and view of the swimming pool/college area, but I don't think they are 5 star hotels, they seem to be sold. I understand that for a two-person suite, there is no breakfast and 300 royals have to pay at most (see the comparison between Melia Pauls and Hilton Wattke).

I didn’t like this hotel for one particular reason : hygiene (or lack of). The shower is full of mold, I left some pizza boxes outside my room for the past 48 hours and they are still there . The cleaning lady cleaned my room and left the wet shower mat out to dry... it’s soaking wet, it should be changed !!! I work in the best hotels for 10+ years and I know for a fact that this hotel is in the wrong direction, especially considering we are in a middle of a pandemic and that their occupancy is definitely below 50%, their priority should be housekeeping, yet I didn’t feel this during the stay. Management, you should make housekeeping your priority department ASAP...

This hotel was the first Wyndham in Brazil, and it is noticeable in the rooms and mainly in the bathroom, especially the shower could be a little better, and the liquid shampoos and sabbles could stop less. Breakfast is very good, it has good cost/benefit compared to other hotels in the region and, if you are in car, it has the advantage of being outside the rodízio area.

I am from the US, this was my first business trip to São Paulo, and I am very glad I chose this hotel. The location is great, the views are great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast Buffett was AMAZING! So many options like fresh fruit, fresh juice, and many many other options including Brazilian food I will not try to spell. I have executive status with Marriott; the executive lounge happy hour is exceptional with the complimentary cocktails and at typically 4+ options for Brazilian appetizers. My room was so spacious, including a stocked refrigerator in case I run out of water or feel like a beer. The room was exceptionally clean/tidy each day, and the staff, specifically Denise, was so thoughtful in tidying up my room. I kept forgetting my power adapter when I left for the day so I wrote a reminder note on the desk “bring power adapter”, so I could remember it when I walked out of the door. When I came back I found a new adapter for me to use so I wouldn’t forget to bring my other one to the office each day. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated!!! Denise truly was the difference between a good stay and a great stay!

Located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of central SP with excellent restaurants in a safe walking distance. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit. Large and very clean rooms. Bed, pillows of high quality. Strangely on my first night i had an iron (board) in the room; coming back two days later for a second night, no such amenity in the room (quite useful for long term travelers). Reception seems to be understaffed for a hotel of this size, but they made up for the waiting with friendliness. Cabs drive up constantly so no waiting times there, convenient. Take a high floor if you can as traffic may wake you (i can compare 4th with 9th floor and definitely recommend latter). I enjoyed my stays and would come back.

Infelizmente fiquei hospedada neste hotel por 10 dias. Quando nos hospedamos em um hotel, buscamos local, produto e serviço. Apesar do local ser ótimo, o atendimento é tão ruim que não justifica a estadia! Fiz uma cirurgia e precisei me hospedar aqui. Solicitei um quarto com fogao, ao chegar no hotel este quarto nao estava reservado, Então me deram um ”upgrade”para a cobertura mas como eu estava num dos cirurgiao eu precisava de um apto terreo com cozinha que reservei mas nao tinha Acabei ficando no único que tinha uma escada caracol. Avisei que talvez tivesse que prolongar minha estada, fui informada que deveria solicitar um dia antes. No final da minha estadia, ao solicitar, fui informada que teria que pagar uma diaria 4xs (QUATRO VEZES) o valor da diaria que eu estava pagando ou que eles me cobrariam o equivalente a DUAS DIARIAS DE MULTA POR LATE CHECKOUT!!!! Eu nao solicitei late checkout pois nao queria sair do hotel mas também achei um DESCASO AO CLIENTE além de quererem me cobrar um VALOR ABSURDO Ao reclamar na recepcao me informaram para ligar no 0800 pois eles nao poderiam fazer nada na recepcao !!! Um dos piores atendimentos em hoteis que ja fiquei. Apesar de super bem localizado, NÃO FICARIA NEM DE GRAÇA. NÃO VOLTO NÃO RECOMENDO

I stayed in a night, just to sleep, and it worked super well! The apartment was very spacious, had a good room, bathroom and room, had a air-conditioned room and one in the room, both worked well. The bathroom was good, especially the shower. The only point I didn't like the room was that the bedroom was a little old. The location is excellent. The cost-benefit was good.
