The hotel was awesome with great service
Rooms were also clean and we'll maintained with direct view of the lake
Only thing that can be improved was water pressure on third floor bathrooms
Otherwise highly recommended if in Saputara

Enjoyed full. Very good and hygienic food. Friendly staff. We had very good experience in all the matters and excellent in all department. It is very good experience overall. I am thankful to management for everything and for helpful nature and behaviour

Excellent view ,neat and clean room, especially Mr.Lilotpal incharge of restaurant is a Very Good Marketing Person. Mr. Harish THE COOK and other Cook are also considering the needs of customers. Food quality is Very Good. Jayram is Good.

I stayed here for a day with family and I can say the property is awesome. We stayed in a deluxe room with a lake view. However, the room seemed costlier than other properties available nearby. Their restaurant staff were untrained/trainees and made lot of mistakes while taking orders, we ***** with others were also complaining about the same and they could not manage half tables of their capacity. However, the food was delicious and we enjoyed it.
