Hotels near Nationalpark-Zentrum Koenigsstuhl in Sassnitz

We arrived at around 6:30 from Sweden with the ferry. After checking in we went to the restaurant to have dinner as se had a light lunch. To our surprise, after a long wait, we manage to get hold of the head waiter, who informed us that it was not possible to have a table - the hotel is faaar out with no alternate restarunts, dispate that it looked as it was a lot of empty space in the restaurant. The reception offered to call to some town nearby to make us a reservation for us. Some time later we were told that we could have a table at 8 pm which we found fare enough. At 8 we went up to the restaurant, after some wait we grab a personal and yes, table no 6 was for our disposal. As there were no menu, we asked what to eat and was offered the buffet. But they would clean out the buffe in 7(!) minutes. We left hungry that night. We have made some travel through the years but this was some experience. We checked out next morning, dispate 2 days booking. It was certainly a never-again-experience, kind of east germany experience. You have been warned, this was not a cheep hotel, just very unfriendly.. Normally we always check tripadvisor before picking a hotel. For some reason, there has been no reviews since 2018, pity!

Das Dormero-Hotel-Rügen befindet sich im historischen KdF-Bau am Strandabschnitt Süd in Prora. Man kann bequem mit dem Zug anreisen. Der Bahnhof Prora-Ost ist wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Apartment-Hotel ist eine Mischung aus Ferienwohnung und Hotel. Es überrascht durch seine großzügige Raumgestaltung - dies gilt sowohl für die öffentlichen Bereiche im Hotel (Flure, Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad, Sauna und Ruheraum) als auch für die einzelnen Zimmer. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gepflegt und neuwertig und eignen sich optimal zur Selbstversorgung. Ich war nun schon drei mal für kürzer Aufenthalte in unterschiedlichen Zimmertypen zu Gast - es hat mir immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer zur Meerseite sind überwiegend mit Balkon und viel Morgensonne und Meeresrauschen. Aber auch die Zimmer zur Rückseite haben ihre Vorzüge - noch mehr Stille und viel Abendsonne. Überhaupt fühlte ich mich in diesem Hotel immer sehr wohl und ungestört - so kann man sich richtig erholen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim einchecken wird sich viel Zeit für einen genommen - manchmal wird man auch persönlich zum Zimmer gebracht - überhaupt steht einem das sympathische Hotelpersonal für Fragen und Wünsche gerne zur Verfügung. Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

We can recommend it again and again, had a apartment and it is not only very clean and beautifully spaced.Even if we were just to sleep there and otherwise we were just on the way. You have a lot of business can. We booked breakfast with it, at first glance it is very unclear, but then you find everything you need,shame only that no fish was offered, But that wasn't so bad.You've been tired and that's the most important. In the evening we've always gone swimming, was funny ,when you could go through the garage with the bathman and it was well painted. Despite that there are living blocks it was very quiet and that did the evening of course very well u to get down.
