Personally, I really like the hotel location and food. Breakfast is served with an extensive selection of foods. The staff members were also helpful and kind. Extremely happy with the hotels cleanliness , the rooms were spacious and we'll organised, equipped with all the required amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel....

From the moment we checked in to "Utopian Luxe" until the time of our departure , every member of your staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of excellent. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth displayed by your team truly made our stay memorable. I would like to extend a special thank you to Shobit Govil, Shaba ali, Atul singh and there was one lady's whose ages around 45, for their outstanding assistance and hospitality. Their dedication to providing top-notch service did not go unnoticed and greatly contributed to our overall enjoyment. As we came from Sri Lanka (there were 15 members), we did not have any idea about the transport arrangement. They were able to find and arrange all transport facility that we wanted during the period with a reasonable price. Get hot water, sorry luke warm water in buckets after chasing staff in their kitchen. No hot water in the taps. Needed a racquet to kill mosquitos. AC will not go above 16 deg. so chill. No ***ager on duty at night. Hear the neighbours TV all night. Get internet in the room only by keeping the door open. Comfortable bed.

Good clean comfortable hotel. There was probably a rush as a group probably had booked quite a few rooms. They were not geared up to provide breakfast to these ***y people. The dishes, coffee, kept running out, there were not enough servers and egg preparers. The staff was willing, but they did not have enough hands.
