Was confusing checking in. Person called seemed annoyed. We did get our check in. Place was clean and very nice & comfortable . Would recommend.

The rooms and the apartment were great. You couldn't have had a better location. Going to Trip.com was terrible. We were not given an access code even though it said the hotel has a reception. We had to walk to a coffee shop that had wifi to even open the booking and then call customer service which cost me €30 because I'm from the EU. Trip.com didn't give us any info.

The apartment was great it was exactly as pictured. I had a view of Broughton Street which a ***** of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed this staycation for my birthday. I was able to walk outside to food and night activities and safely return with driving. As mentioned the walls are thin and on the weekends the noise outside can be loud. Other than that this is the perfect stay.

Great view, dining options, and shopping. In the middle of everything. The rental had a great vibe and clean lines, and brick (nice mix) but unfortunately it smelled of mold and it was very noticeable every time we walked in the rental.
Although I loved the look of the place, the noise from the other renters was unbearable, and a majority of it was from inside the rental units. Some noise was from the street, which is understandable.
Coffee maker and coffee with some sugar and creamer was in the rental, and it was a life saver.
With all that being said, I would give this place another chance. It was clean and visually pleasing to the eye, just smelled and was loud. I’m a sucker for cleanliness and aesthetics.

It was a great space for our family as each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Location is terrific for walking around downtown. No car needed.

Everything was wonderful. Perfectly situated in the center of the historic area. Everything is within walking distance. Very busy area and can be noisy at times but it is the appeal of staying downtown. We recommend The Grant, 100 times over!

I really liked that this property was in a convenient location. We were able to walk to a lot every local attraction. There are plenty of places to eat and shop.
A downside to our stay was that we could hear people in other units quite clearly. If you are able to bring a sound machine, ear plugs, anything to drown out the noise, I would recommend it.
Overall we had a good stay in Savannah.

Beautiful apartment, amazing location. Well fitted out, beds very comfortable. Communication for check in, information provided etc. was brilliant. All round excellent experience.
