This was just a basic hotel. I asked to speak to a manager, which took 6 hours and multiple requests to actually be able to do.

Hotel is dirty and outdated. Had to check out early due to multiple cockroaches in my room... super nasty.

It was a convenient location, but we needed help to fix our air conditioner, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor and others as well, and the Jacuzzi heater was not working.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place. The breakfast was good and my kids loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were there for four days and the room was not cleaned once. When I asked for towels , the desk clerk was nasty. They ran out of milk coffee and cereal as well as bowls and utensils.at breakfast and the area was a mess. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

We really appreciated the spacious rooms and the pet friendly atmosphere. Lush garden and lawn surroundings. The only weak spot was the bathroom. No vanity to put your bathroom supplies on. A shower head was awkward to use. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast.
