You get an idea what the hotel is about from the parking lot. It seems like there are a fair amount of long-term guests who stay here. A fair amount of people hanging out in the parking lot and balcony, and they appeared friendly. The thing that left a bad taste was the fact that the bathroom door was missing. Otherwise, I would say it was as expected.
