Ein schönes imposantes Gebäude mit tollem Eingangsbereich, das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss zwar mit Balkon aber sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, im gesamten Zeitraum über die drei Tage war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, so dass wir Check In und weitere Sachen immer im Hotel gegenüber klären mussten, gerade wenn man Freitag später anreist, ungünstig, wenn man erst mit dem Koffer ins Hotel schleppt und dann liest, dass alles gegenüber stattfindet, das Auto dann auch noch in die Tiefgarage parken muss, die aber fußläufig gut wenn auch etwas verwinkelt erreichbar ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind leider null serviceorientiert und durch die Bank weg unfreundlich, Freundlichkeit kann man hier vergebens suchen, obwohl wir zu keiner Zeit unfreundlich waren. Wir konnten es Gott sei Dank mit dem Hoteldirektor klären, der sehr verständnisvoll und kundenorientiert gehandelt hat. Das Abendessen in Buffetform im gegenüberliegenden Hotel war ungenießbar, es schmeckte als läge es dort schon seit Stunden. Ein 4 Gänge Menü am Samstag Abend konnte ebenfalls nicht überzeugen, jedenfalls meine persönliche Menüauswahl nicht. Der Wellnessbereich ist ok, leider durften wir nur 1 h dort verweilen, damit alle mal dran kommen, in dieser Zeit kann man leider nicht wirklich relaxen, wenn man die Uhr im Hinterkopf hat, es gab eine Sauna , die aber nur von 2 Personen genutzt werden durfte, das Dampfbad war komplett geschlossen, da kann aber das Hotel nichts für, wenn Corona das nun mal so anordnet. Sämtliche Zubuchungen , die wir in unserem Arrangement mit inkludiert hatten, waren nicht da bzw hatte man sie geschickt überlesen, Bademäntel, Slipper für den Wellnessbereich , ein Dinner am Abend usw. Ansonsten war alles sauber, gepflegt und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend und lecker, dennoch war die Unfreundlichkeit und Frechheit der Mitarbeiter auf einem solch hohen Level und Übernachtungspreis so ausschlaggebend, dass wir definitiv nicht nochmal kommen werden.

In July 2021, I was a second guest at the emperor's courtyard for 6 nights. It is positive to note that even after the change of operator the great staff that already enthusiasted me at maritime times has been taken over. You just have to say: From check-in to breakfast, dinner and bar to massage, almost inconceivable friendly staff, always polite, always pre-coming - a very big plus of this hotel. So was also a nice surprise to my birthday in the room, which I was very happy about! The room was a Classic Plus room to the sea side. The 90s' decoration/charme, but very clean and a great bed in which I have been very well sleeping. In the Classic Plus rooms you can have more or less luck - some have a great view of the sea, others have to shake your head something so the hotel description ”is located on the sea side” definitely their correctness. Pool and beds are good, especially if one on the beach may have become something too full. Remain to keep: If the price is true, I would come back immediately - so was also the summer plan for 2022 ! And there is then the hook: I had booked a special price last year (about € 160 per night with breakfast) on the hotel website in the high season. In summer 2022, the same room is now called € 262 - and here I have to say that the price performance ratio (”hardware” = ＞ 90-style rooms without air conditioning, (if applicable, limit view) may no longer be provided (at all understanding of Corona, supply and demand, etc.)

The hotel is in a great location, you are now on the sea bridge and there are enough parking spaces. The check-in was smooth and the staff throughout the house was very friendly at any time. Wellness we didn't use, but looked good. Our family room was very large and absolutely clean. Wi-Fi went perfect. But the style is very old, especially the tape. Also, you must not lose the key, because there are hotel name and room number on it - unfortunate! What definitely misses: a water cooker. We are early rising and I would like to drink coffee or tea in the room before breakfast beginning at 7.30. About coffee: it was clearly too thin and little aromatic at breakfast. It's a pity that Cappuccino and Co cost an additional price. But this is the only criticism of breakfast! There was incredibly a lot of delicious coatings, great bread and bread, hot components and sweet particles. Also the hotel bar was great, our included flame cake was rich and very delicious. Sorry that the bar has sky, but doesn't even show federal League (maybe due to the view of night bread guests). Great Manko: at both evenings guests have eaten Raclette - our room in 1.og smell for hours after dinner. Conclude: Top Hotel, just new doors (smoking and electrical closing system), new floors and coffee/tea makers into the room, then it is perfect!
