I was at this hotel for a 2 night stay in May 2023 for a work conference (which was also at the hotel). The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, nice bedding, large room and bathroom, cool bathtub, and all the amenities you’ll need. Room service food was great, and I appreciated free bottles of water in the room daily. The hotel isn’t in the thick of things from what I could tell, but it’s easy to get around Seoul, which is a fantastic city. The view over the river could not be beat. Overall I’d definitely recommend this high class hotel.

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

Excellent location, right at the start of Hongdae. Lots of areas to explore nearby, endless restaurants and shops. Literally on top of Hongkik University station so it was super convenient to travel around Seoul. Would stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

It was very near from the airport railway side of Hongdae station and the access was good. There was a shower, toilet and veranda in the room, so it was n’t like a feeling, it was very good. I wanted to stay again when it was affordable because I was able to stay at the normal half price because it was the last reservation.

Location: Right next to Hongdae Pedestrian Street, surrounded by beautiful women and delicious food, but my stomach is not digestible enough. Traveling by bus and subway is very convenient. Rooms, breakfast and facilities: The girls' room is on the third floor. It has a password to lock the door and take off your shoes when entering. There are several rooms, sharing a large living room and several sinks and toilets. The kitchen and refrigerator are also in the living room. Breakfast is free, including eggs, milk, bread, and cereal. You can fry your own eggs and just wash them off after use. The room is for 6 people. It has curtains and a charging device. The bed is a little shaky, but I slept well. Service: After booking the room, I received the check-in email from the hostel. You can add the owner's WeChat account. Daniel, the guy at the hostel, was very helpful. I checked in smoothly around 3 p.m. You can also store your luggage before and after check-in, which is all very good.

When you are used to the hotel, there is a shared shower or resistance, but it is really recommended to people to stay at an ordinary hotel until the two people pay the room price !! And breakfast is self-style and it is good to use what is in the refrigerator. It is also suitable for long stay! ■ The location is also the best near Honde's style Nanda. It is very close to downtown and near the station. Rich was the best in about 5 minutes walk from Honde's airport line. ■ Cleanliness Shampoo, rinse, body soap, and toothpaste were attached. The water was very beautiful. ■ Host is too kind Two couples, wife is Chinese and husband is Korean. I mainly receive explanation from my husband, but I am very good at Japanese and I don't have any problem with those who can't speak Korean. Also, there was no heating in the room, but if it is cold, please say it at any time because it heats the floor. Or, if the next room is noisy, please say it at any time, and it was a very kind host. I want to use here next time !!!

Superb location - 1min to Hongik Univ. Exit 9. Great service - allowed early check-in at about 11+am without us requesting. Cleanliness is fine - i’m quite an OCD, the room can be considered pass.. Room size - think we booked the cheapest room type, it is small but not to the extend of squeezy with our luggages. Definitely will choose this hotel again if we come back !

The location of hommy house is perfect. We usually stay in hongdae when we visit Seoul as its perfect for shopping, eating and sight-seeing. This guesthouse is literally right above the subway station and across the street from hongdaes famous shopping/food/entertainment area. The rooms are on high floors so its quiet from the sounds of the streets below. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had good quality products for use.

The hotel is in a strategic location in Hongdae If you take AREX from airport ~ take Exit 4 ( with lift) and cross the road to reach the hotel if you take MRT Line 2 ( green line) ~ take Exit 2 ( with escalator) and walk straight Breakfast time start at 8:00 am, it is a breakfast set come with egg, salad, bacon and toast bread and with unlimited refill , for those who depart early can request cup noodles from the reception. Room with comfortable bed, adjustable room temperate and also stable hot shower . Laundry service is 4000 won which is cheap compared to most of the hotel. i was encountered an exchange rate dispute with Agoda before i depart and the Hotel Manager, Kiki and Hosun take initiative to help me settle though LINE . I'm highly appreciated the fast response from both of them, thank you very much for your help ~ Definitely will return to your hotel in future ~ keep up the good work~

Fantastic communication from Mary, great location, perfect for families or groups. Large mezzanine room with queen sized bed, pull out queen bed underneath and 4 single beds above. Right at the steps of Hongik Uni Exit 1. No Netflix, just Korean TV. Lovely electric blanket. Washing machine, heater, fan, fridge and cooking amenities. Keypad entrance so can self check in. The bathroom shower tiling is a little run down, the shower is warm but not hot hot. I booked last minute as a solo traveller not knowing the city and paid a pretty price for the location, should have researched more and saved some money staying in Sinchon or other surrounding areas. Nothing to do with the accommodation, that was my own error. However, if you want to be right in the heartbeat of Hongdae with multiple guests this is your place. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is very good and very lively. I found the building according to the comments, but the check in was 708 on the address, not the 6th floor that everyone said before. Instead, there are several clean and cheap on the small road behind the building. Booked 3 people and regretted going in. The bed is like Dacheng, our 2 big and 1 small double room is enough, and it can save a lot of money. Sincerely good, both Seoul Station and Incheon Airport have a subway. The receptionist speaks Chinese so it attracts a lot of Chinese tourists
