The location was perfect, lots of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The furniture could use an update.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti durante il nostro soggiorno a Siviglia e siamo stati benissimo. Già all'arrivo ci ha stupito perché non ci aspettavamo un appartamento così grande!! C'era tutto l'occorrente per vivere: cucina completa di attrezzature, salotto con TV e divano enorme ma enorme davvero, bagno con bidet e camera da letto con ampio armadio. Noi non avevamo un gran bisogno della cucina e nemmeno della lavatrice stando fuori tutto il giorno, ma per una famiglia che decide di trascorrere una settimana a Siviglia questi appartamenti sono l'ideale. Molto carino anche il giardinetto esterno con panchine e tavolino in mezzo alle piante, molto suggestivo. Altra nota positiva la posizione centrale degli appartamenti e la cordialità del personale, davvero molto molto carini :) Sicuramente quando andremo di nuovo a Siviglia ritorneremo ad alloggiare qui :)

Apartamento sencillo de una habitación y salón. Correcto y bueno para dormir en mi caso, sin ruido de la calle al dar al patio interior. Con aire acondicionado. No esperes nada especial de decoración pero buena opción para visitar Sevilla. Tienen un parking, algo pequeño, pero si tienes coche…

Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento. El emplazamiento inmejorable. Alejandro super amable y atento.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la climatización, que rápidamente nos solucionó Alejandro.
Le falta algún pequeño arreglo, el desagüe del fregador perdía agua, y una bombilla del aseo se encendía y apagaba.....pero bueno, nada que no se pueda solucionar rápidamente.
El patio una pasada, aunque como hizo frío no lo usamos mucho

Muy buena atención limpieza, nos permitieron dejar maletas 3 horas antes de realizar nuestro ingreso . Magnífica relación calidad precio. Su ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad a menos de 3 minutos de la catedral y del ayuntamiento. Proximidad de transporte público al aeropuerto
