We loved our whole stay at Mango,starting from the warm welcome by the security, to the reception, the cold towels,food at the restaurant, Azido,Muse was awesome. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The place is just beautiful and the views breath taking.. Will definitely come back🤩

Just to be clear, our stay at Mango House was not bad, except for one thing which ruined our whole experience. I went to Mango House with my wife for a honeymoon this February. We chose this place after a long online search. When we booked the place we had an email communication from someone called Mr A. introduced himself as Cluster Reservations Agent to explain to us the options of how to make the payment including an international bank transfer which we did 2 weeks prior to the arrival and we emailed him to let him know and he acknowledged receiving our email. On the day we checked out, we were informed by the receptionist that the money wasn't received and we had to pay. Despite our explanation that money was already paid and we should them evidence of bank transfer, the receptionist couldn't help us because Mr A. insisted that no money was received from us. So we paid twice. Upon our return home, we contacted Mr A. and the management team but they just didn't respond. So we had to make an official complaint to the Hilton management and we informed our bank which contacted the bank of Mango House. Finally when Mr A. replied to our email, he said money wasn't received at the time of our stay which is evidently a lie as confirmed by the bank transfer. And secondly he kept the money at their bank for a further period of 4 weeks (10 weeks in total) to return to our bank. There is no doubt in my mind, that this was a deliberate fraud intended at making us either lose hope of getting our money back or at least keep the money as long as possible in their bank to get interest on it. Having read a similar review from last year, this seems to be a practice in Mango House rather than a one off incident. There is a response from management to last year review in which they said they will make sure this will never happen again, yet it only got worse. This one issue has entirely ruined our experience. It deprived us from our money for long time, it caused me to lose many hours visiting my bank and ringing different institutions. My advice is don't go to this dodgy place, go somewhere decent where they don't employ fraudsters like Mr A. As for us, this doesn't end here. I will do everything in my hand to make sure the Hilton management knows about the practice at this place which is affiliated with them.

the hotel look good but the people there are rude and not nice, everything is slow and especially violet from the lobby - if you get to talk with here ask to talk to someone else because you won't get service from her. she is mean, and rude and when we had a situation she argue and yelled about us so hard that my friend almost had a panic attack from her discasting additude. the food take minimum 1 hour to arrive maximum 2 hour. so if you want to eat in 13:00 order in 11:00/11:30. the emploees are not nice and slow. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. the food is nice but at the main restaunt there's so many birds and bugs everywhere also inside the kitchen so it's really not nice to eat like that. also, we came with another 2 friends and they found a wet underwear not of them under the bed. the hotel is located 45 minutes from everywhere on the island so it's another reason why not to come there.

We made a reservation by phone, gave an email address, phone number and full name only to be told at the hotel’s entrance that the Azido restaurant was fully booked. After waiting for 20 minutes the manager finally came to talk to us and said that he found a solution, that he found us a table. When we arrived the restaurant was empty, and when we left only one other table was occupied - so that much for the “fully booked” excuse. Now about Azido: the menu they have online is now replaced by one that is twice shorter. For a sushi restaurant they don’t even do simple makis. The sides we ordered were delivered when we had already finished eating and the cocktail I had ordered when I arrived ended up being served as we were paying the bill. Again, the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night. This place is a joke

From the moment you set foot in The Mango House Seychelles you feel welcomed and at home. The hotel sits on a quiet small stretch of beach on the west island of Mahe which makes the sunsets epic no matter what view you have from the hotel. The food is incredible and some of the best I have had the pleasure of trying in the Seychelles, which is why people come from all over the island to eat at the Mango House, booking in advance is recommended. By the second day the staff will all know your names, what you like to eat, how you like it what times you are in your room and when to not disturb you, they will know what you like to drink, how you like your coffee and most of all how to make you feel like family. We travelled with our seven year old daughter Vicky and she was basically in awe of the entire experience and the people around her that made her feel safe and at home. The SPA is awesome but also requires advance booking since it caters to only a few guests at a time but the experiences were great according to my wife. The rooms were perfect, modern, clean and all have great views. We would like to thank Mrs Alysen Ha Soon and her entire team for giving us a home away from home and one of the best holidays we have been on in a long time. We had an amazing and unforgettable experience! Mango House has everything - privacy, luxury, delicious restaurants, spacious beautiful and clean rooms, kind and helpfull staff, perfect location and beautiful sunset. We spent a week here and it was fully worth it!
