It's a really good hotel.
Had a big room, was nice and clean. Breakfast was also very good and complete. Spacious entrance hall and all staff was as helpful as they could, and quick too, even the doorman was nice and professional.
The only problem I'd say, would be the fact that almost no one really speaks English. They do make a big effort and the translator apps really do help, but it's sometimes a hassle for basic and simple stuff. "A" for effort though.
If I don't need to stay closer to city center next time I would come back for a stay.

房間挺大的，酒店大堂也大。
就是客服衞生一言難盡，完全沒打掃。訂了三天兩晚，白天在外晚上回來。第一天回來一看，前一晚吃完了的外賣也沒清，茶水桌上的茶包袋還在，床單被子也沒整理，一蓋回來就完事兒了，浴室用過的洗護也不會擺放整齊。更不用説幫忙疊一下衣服了。出去是什麼樣的回來還是什麼樣。總之就是一回來看到還是亂糟糟的，兩天都是一樣，很無語。來上海住過那麼多家酒店，有貴有便宜的，客房整理體驗感最差的就是這家。
希望有待改進。

아주 좋습니다. 5성급 못지 않은 규모와 시설입니다. 직원들의 서비스도 특히 주임급의 응대는 정말 재치있고 좋았습니다. 어디세 비교해도 손색이 없었으나, 단 두가지, 호텔의 위치가 접근하기에 쉽지않았고, 홍차오 공항에서 약 15km떨어진 택시요금 70원 가량의 장소에 있습니다. 그리고 호텔 주변에는 대중식당도 없고 자그만 구멍가게만. 있습니다. 가장 가까운 식당가도 택시로 10분 거리입니다.

關於房間：如圖1.2.3，他們家的房間整體面積都不小，同時打開5個行李箱沒問題的哈哈哈，問了前台小姐姐了，所有大床房都在每層的四個角落
關於廁所：詳見視頻，這個設計蠻有意思的，淋浴好了以後還可以泡澡，注：泡澡袋和泡澡球需要另行購買。
關於星巴克：樓下大堂就可以實現星巴克自由
關於早餐：品種不少，味道也很不錯，中式西式都有。
