We used to always love staying at the Indigo, but haven’t stayed since covid… We were disappointed as the hotel is starting to look a little tired, things need replacing, breakfast had much less choice than previously available. None the less we booked into the Micheline Char Restaurant for New Years Eve dinner with friends looking forward to a great meal and drinks to celebrate the Year … (the food was great) however at 9:30 we were told we had to leave by 10pm after such an expensive meal and wine it seems ridiculous on any night let alone New Years Eve.. The swimming pool was closed and it wasn’t mentioned until we turned up in our swimsuits to have a swim. It didn’t ruin the stay but I don’t think we’ll be rushing back..

The price is favorable, the location is close to the Bund, especially suitable for walking to the Bund. It is very close to Yu Garden, Chenghuang Temple, and Nanjing Road, which is super cost-effective. There is a water dispenser on the first floor, just take water.

It is very suitable for young people to travel and stay. There are friends from different countries or study areas all over the world. Everyone is very friendly. They chat in the lobby at night. The boss also plans to reorganize a message wall. The hygiene is also very clean. I highly recommend it to college students. or young people entering society
