The location is alright, not very close to the old town, but rather close to the city center and there are some good cheap restaurants in the vicinity. The owner is friendly, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. However, there is a lot of stuff in the lobby and hallways, giving the whole place a somewhat messy appearance. Still good for the price though.

4 points, not because the hotel service is not good, but because the guests who live in the hotel do not rest at night with their children, where are they noisy and disturbing people to rest, and there are children in the early morning In the hallway, it was clear that the room was not soundproofed. Just got a headache. In fact, this hotel can do a reminder. Thank you very much for cleaning, the service attitude is very good. I also thank the handsome guy at the front desk for helping me change rooms.
