入住酒店非常滿意，酒店環境幽雅、空氣清新、風景宜人，有船送到酒店的碼頭，前台服務人員也非常熱情，尤其表揚Andy，非常熱心的幫我們介紹了酒店設施，房間也非常大而且床品很舒適，每天都有晚安茶、水果點心，可見酒店非常用心了，房間的音響也不錯，第一次看到還有助眠器，房間的備品都非常高級，還有客房服務員牛玉秋大姐，打掃房間很乾凈利索，給她點贊👍下次來紹興必來這家！

非週末酒店安排升級了房間，房間設施很好，有喜馬拉雅鹽燈，很多種類的枕頭（選了常用的乳膠枕），管家曉婷很貼心送了小甜點和泡好的養生茶，很是貼心。酒店環境很幽靜，景色很美，有幾棵櫻花樹正在盛放中。套餐裏送了旅拍，攝影師小李很友好也很專業，對我這個沒有拍照經驗的人非常有耐心，拍出來的照片很自然很好看。今天早餐是點單模式，中西式的，現點現做味道都很好，擺盤精緻，服務也很好。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗

藝境酒店超有意境！深深被酒店環境所折服！是適合發呆放空的度假好去處！衹可惜因為工作關係沒能盡情享受這難得的靜謐之美，希望能有機會再次入住！修勾也很享受這大片翠綠草坪 寵物友好的執行到位也是讓人很滿意了

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，酒店儘量滿足客人的需求，給予交通便利。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。入住期間真的感覺太舒適了。早餐有中式和西餐任意選擇，特別是主管麗麗非常貼心，讓人感受到令人舒心的服務，酒店提供免費拍照服務，清野旅拍的小李，把我們帶入酒店的最佳拍攝景點，他拍攝技術精湛，下次去紹興玩，我們會依舊選擇帥哥小李！

爸媽來杭州玩，定了周邊紹興的酒店讓他們工作日自己去了，升了房，玩的很開心，住的乾乾淨淨環境雅緻，早餐點餐形式的也吃的舒心，爸媽很滿意，已推薦給朋友們的爸媽哈哈。工作人員看到老兩口自己來也很照顧，媽媽特意交代表揚金傑，牛玉秋，董雨涵，謝謝啦
