酒店位置較偏僻，但作為度假酒店不算缺點。入住酒店安排了臨街無景觀較吵房間，因住時間不長也沒有跟前台計較。入住兩天預訂了兩個訂單，已經提前告知前台，但第二天居然找不到訂單為由讓在前台等候一個小時。期間通過聯繫供應商幫忙解決，儘管已經找到訂單但繼續拖延不幫忙重做房卡，而是笑臉接待其他歐美客。沙灘位於五分鐘步行的同一集團酒店內，酒店整體重建因此相當吵，預計一年衹能不能完工，預訂需謹慎。除此以外酒店的餐飲算是比較出彩，餐飲區的服務人員也不像前台區那麼歧視亞洲客人。

位置尚可，雖非一線海景但也離海灘不遠，步行或電瓶車接駁均便利。雖為全包酒店，三餐也不馬虎，性價比高。房間裝飾有些過時，分配房間時安排臨街房間，即使安靜位置或泳池景房還有空房。如果預算充足可以有更好其他選擇。

這是一家環境服務都很好的酒店，每個人都很禮貌，都很周到，酒店的海灘非常棒，隨時都可以在海灘浮潛🤿，可以看到很多魚，成片的珊瑚🪸。

而且那個房卡動不動就消磁
門也很難打開

怎麼説呢，服務很熱情，但房間衞生狀況一般，勝在性價比高，含三餐600左右的價格，另外同名靠海的度假村正在重裝，這個酒店離沙灘有點距離。攜程上兩家酒店的簡介及圖片容易讓人混淆。

千萬要避坑，千萬要避坑，這酒店的床和房間都極其小不説，非常非常的硬，枕頭也是都很多年那種已經硬得不能用了，周邊什麼都行也沒有，裏面的商店都是假冒名牌，質量差而且亂要價，房間沒有拖鞋，吃飯就跟食堂一樣，亂七八糟。本來預訂了3天，第一天就走了，

這次去沙姆沙伊赫旅遊，總共住了兩個酒店，這個酒店是最滿意的。各個方面都很好，環境也不錯，接待的小哥哥也很熱情，看到都會打招呼，酒店裡麪的工作人員都很友好，三餐伙食也很不錯，推薦
