Не ожидали , что на столько все будет шикарно. Уборка каждый день, чистейшие , белоснежные полотенца, подушки, уютная кроватка.Чистая территория, бассейны, ландшафт непередаваемый. Прекрасная, свежая, вкусная еда. Это рай. Смело выбирайте, советую.😍🫠

Был в люксе, кровать сломано изголовье, подсветка не горит, администратор говорит: а я причём? Только основное освещение на прикроватных тумбочках отсутствует светильники. Персонал абсолютно не клиентоориентирован, особенно администратор Полина, грубит, хамит и не за что не отвечает, говоря не к ней вопросы по удобству. В целом не уютно как-то, сауна отстой, своих денег не стоит ни номер ни сауна.
