2024/02/02入住，正好下雪。床頭在窗户下，夜裡總是有涼風。空調聲音太大了、關上還有風聲，呼呼的聲音挺吵的。工作人員説是電源有問題，給換了個電源面板後，關上沒有聲音了，但是冷啊～總之體驗感不大好。

神農架冬季雪景太美了！回來還是住慢城國際酒店，還是想説慢城國際酒店性價比真的挺高，前台服務熱情、周到！客房乾淨，舒適！這次是019號服務員接待我的，還幫我把行理送到了房間！給人家的感覺，暖暖的！真好！

這應該是我入住酒店以來第一個差評。是對他們停車場的保安
設施：非常好一家酒店。設施設備、房間面積、床品都非常的舒適，而且顯品味 可以説性價比超高。
衞生：房間的衞生比較乾淨。
環境：停車不方便，而且沒人安排
服務：那個半夜2:00打電話的保安，大叔真的非常牛。態度惡劣，而且言語威脅！

新開的酒店全是新的，房間超大還帶陽台，衞生間也很大。就是感覺服務員態度有些冷，不知是不是天氣原因。我去前台問有沒有神農天池的票賣，顯得有點不耐煩，衞生間沒有配護髮素，沐浴露和洗髮水都是小瓶的，不大氣，刮鬍刀是問了才給的，五星級酒店居然沒有咖啡包，望改進。

沒有洗衣房…沒有洗衣房…沒有洗衣房…什麼都好，就是沒有洗衣房，在紅坪鎮跑了個越野賽，完賽特意打車來慢城酒店，一堆衣物要洗，這麼大的酒店居然沒有洗衣房。本來住兩晚的，逼着第二天退房去旁邊有洗衣房的某酒店，對比之下，慢城是真好很多，高大上！過多一兩年，會自駕來，希望能完善設施！
