Front desk service was amazing during check-in. Later I was at the work table at the lobby, front desk service staff noticed that I was straining to get up, he came over to hand me a back warmer telling to use it as it will relieve the pain. Amazing. Laundry is free of charge. Someone will monitor our washing and drying and move our clothes accordingly. It's even properly folded.
Room is large and clean. The bed is one of the best even better than a lot of 5 star hotels.
Location is fantastic with lots of food options and shopping. I will stay here again when I am at Shenyang.
