老闆人嘎嘎好👍 有事兒麻煩好幾次都特別有耐心！房間覺得不合適也給積極條換了！連祝了十幾天 感覺 特別舒服，位置也方便 在商圈，地鐵口！下次還來瀋陽 繼續下榻！

公寓位於瀋陽重型文化廣場c口對面的萬達廣場公寓樓上，寬敞明亮整潔乾淨，周圍吃飯購物交通都非常方便，房東非常熱情，一直在樓下等客，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。床很舒服，可以保證有良好的睡眠。性價比很高，值得推薦！

房間廁所床單什麼的都挺乾淨的！衞生方面很滿意。
房間挺大的，活動空間很寬，還有個衣帽架，冬天用來掛外套圍巾再適合不過了。
還有可以製冷制熱的空調，可以自己用遙控器調整，很方便。
浴室的熱水器是電熱水器，如果洗太長時間的話到最後就會把熱水用光需要重新燒，但稍微控制下時間就是可以正常使用的。
酒店就在萬達旁邊，吃喝玩樂都非常方便。
整體來説很不錯，下次還會來住！

房間乾淨整潔，半夜12點多到的，房東非常熱心的下樓接我們，孩子感冒了，還貼心的給準備了感冒葯，也沒要錢，下次如果有機會來瀋陽，還會選擇這家非常的棒
