Very nice beautiful and high technology good service I like it will return

Clean environment, courteous staff. If hotel chain want more foreign tourist business, they need some front desk staff that speak English or have access to translation apps. Also TV need English menus and some English programmings.

It’s an interesting and pleasant first experience with TrueGo group. It’s value for money.

The service is quite good. However the surrounding neighbourhood is older than I expected and the food are ok.

Service of hotel staff was really good, they were helpful and very polite. Housekeeping staff was also very nice and friendly and followed up with our request very promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a part of an old dormitory but well redesigned, furnished and so on. Good breakfasts

Overall good value for money. Room size interior condition were fine. The problems are: 1) Only one elevator so the wait can be very long and elevator gets very crowded in the morning. 2) Under-staffed. House keeping was too busy and did not clean my room when I returned in the evening. 3) Bit far away to walk to the HK border and too close to take a taxi.. location is actually bit awkward if you are using this hotel to go to HK..
