第一次過來玩，名宿位置比較好找，直接滴滴到門口，公交車站也在旁邊，很方便，環境不錯，老闆娘服務很好很熱情，有發攻略還有住宿定位，公交車直到楊梅坑，又坐車回民宿，哈哈，感覺這附近的距離我都認識路了，房間裏很乾凈，空調效果很涼快。

很不錯的民宿，雖然房間設施簡單，但特別乾淨亮堂，床舒服，離桔釣沙海灘也近，騎電動車如果不堵車的話就3分鐘，電動車可以在它家租，老闆娘很熱情，服務周到，院子裏還有唱歌的設備。

設施：裏面有空調、熱水器、風筒
衞生：房間裏面比較乾淨整潔，沒有異味，挺好的
環境：環境挺好的，還有ktv唱歌

環境：楊梅坑的村莊中，離桔釣沙步行半小時左右，桔釣沙除了大酒店應該這裏最近了，店家門前沒停車位，要停車30米外的村委停車場，整個村周邊環境一般般。
設施：房間就兩張床，沒電視，冷氣製冷較慢，簡介上的廚房設備是有的，但不能使用，那怕自帶爐具餐具也不能在廚房戓院子煮食，理由㕵季怕多住客在煮要收拾，如果這樣不應該將廚房用品寫在介紹裏。
服務：老闆娘還是熱心回覆問題。
總結，玩水遠，規定還是不準下海游泳，衹是人多管不過來，周邊晚上沒活動，應該不會再來楊梅坑。那怕來也去較場尾住跟玩水。
