Four Seasons Loft International Hotel Apartment (Shenzhen Yihai City Mall)

The environment is top-notch, with floor-to-ceiling windows. There are toilets both upstairs and downstairs, making it very comfortable for family trips. Front desk staff 005 provided excellent service and even upgraded our room type. The environment is quiet, and most importantly, downstairs is Yantian's largest shopping mall, offering convenient access to food, drinks, and entertainment, all within a few hundred meters of the subway entrance.

Extremely satisfied! The scenery is beautiful. The room was much larger than expected and very comfortable. It's right by the sea with an unobstructed view, perfect for watching the sunrise. A very satisfying stay. The front desk service was also good.

Choosing this hotel for our Yantian trip was a fantastic decision! First off, the room size was much larger than expected, with a well-designed layout that felt spacious. The most delightful surprise was the ocean view – floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the sea. Watching the ocean in the morning and evening was incredibly soothing, making for a truly comfortable stay. I also want to commend the hotel's service, especially the front desk staff, number 002. From check-in, they were incredibly patient, proactively introducing hotel facilities and local attractions. Any questions we had during our stay were addressed immediately. Their attitude was genuinely friendly and professional, making us feel completely at ease. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to the beach, with easy access to dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, our stay far exceeded expectations. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Yantian. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and well-furnished, and most importantly, clean! The front desk service was great! They even answered my questions late at night! The China Unicom downstairs was also convenient.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with super convenient surroundings right outside the door. Even though it's a loft, it doesn't feel cramped at all; the room is spacious and clean, with beautiful, serene views of Sai Kung's continuous mountain ranges from the window. When a hotel/apartment/homestay during your travels makes you feel a connection to 'home,' then you know it's truly perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to find a piano in the room; the sound of the music, combined with the loft's high ceilings and the stunning view outside, was simply wonderful. If I come to Yantian again, I will definitely stay here.

Awesome! The customer service lady even upgraded my room for free. They also helped me deal with some forgotten items. **Facilities:** Perfectly adequate. **Hygiene:** Didn't see any unclean spots. **Environment:** Beautiful, with a sea view.

The refrigerator was dirty and not working. The washing machine's door seal wasn't cleaned properly. The location and transportation were convenient, and the free luggage storage service was excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
