Air conditioning filters blocked and need cleaning. Air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Sewer gas in air conditioning. No windows.

The room is very small, totally different from what I booked in the pictures. There is no place to put the used towels, so I can only put them next to the sink. I feel that the room is definitely not 20 square meters as marked. The bed is right when the door is opened, and you need to lean sideways to pass through the aisle. Can Southeast Asians apply for front desk jobs in Shenzhen now? It was really hard to communicate with the Chinese front desk the next day, and it was much easier to communicate with them. The elevator was broken, there were geckos in the room, the front desk was too bad, the hardware was new, close to the subway, and that was it. The staff was too uneven, and it seemed that the staff training was just a formality for the opening of the new store. The front desk must have been hired as an exception by the CEO who saved Huazhu.

The elevator was broken when we checked out on the last day, so we had to walk up the stairs with our suitcases. We were on vacation, so breakfast was a bit unavailable. If we didn't open the window in the room for a day, there would be some odor. The air conditioner was quite good.
