Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!

What a great and beautiful room, especially its transparent elevator that gives you an unobstructed view of the green space. It can be said that you can see the green space when you push the window. It is indeed a forest. Walking into the Zen temple city and embracing the forest, there is a special mention for them. The service staff are very polite and make you feel at home. My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

We were given a non smoking room but could still smell the smoke odour, we requested to change room but was informed that we have to wait two hours. A new room on a higher floor with bath tub was assigned and we were allowed to use the lounge for breakfast next morning, which was much less crowded than the restaurant on ground floor. A wide variety of Chinese and western style food was offered.

Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Breakfast is 8-10 o'clock, you need to take a walk to the book bar next door to have a meal (looking at the scenery of West Lake), the set menu is very rich. The store is very welcoming and the service is attentive and meticulous. The self-driving car is on the May 1st holiday, and the store will take us to the parking lot to guarantee a parking space.
