リニューアルオープンとの事で期待していたのですが、リニューアルされているのはロビーとレストラン、大浴場と南館の客室のようです。 東館は建物の古い匂いがこもっていて臭いが気になりました。東館の客室は和室の畳の部屋にベッドが置いてあるちょっと無理があるスタイルです。 夕食バイキングは美味しいものがほとんど無く残念な料理でした。 大浴場は広くて露天風呂も綺麗でモール泉を堪能できました。 お風呂は良いけど食事と東館の客室は期待しない方が良いです。

観光旅行ではなかったのすが、土曜でビジネスホテルが取れず贅沢しちゃったなぁと思っていたのですが、想像以上にとても癒される時間でした。昔ながらの懐かしい雰囲気と丁寧で気さくなフロントのおじさま。夜はひとりっきりで広い大浴場を満喫しました。朝は泊り客となぜか中学生の女の子の姿がチラホラ。朝も気持ちがよかったです。

8畳の和室を2つ、壁を取り払ったようでした。 5人なので、十分な広さです。 2階と言う事もあり部屋からの眺望はどうと言う事のない物でしたが、静かな環境でした。 十勝温泉は人気が高いんですね。 当日もチェックインに行列ができ、かなり待たされました。 受付の人数を増やして対応すべきでしょうね。 清算時は混雑が予想されるので早めにと言う注意書きがあったのでそれに従いました。 夕食ブッフェの品数は豊富でしたがオン雑には少々うんざりしました。 朝食時も同様でした。 風呂は大きくて露天もまずまずでした。 無料のコーヒーサービスが無かったのは残念。

年末に大家族で利用しました。モール温泉は何につけても最高です！中のヒノキ風呂もとても気持ちがよかった。肌がつるつるになります。 ノスタルジーあふれる古い建物ですが、掃除が行き届いており気になりません。むしろ昭和なテイストを味わえて楽しいです。 バイキングの食事がバラエティに富んでいて、また地元の食材がたっぷり使われていて本当に美味しかった！子供達も、好きなものを存分に堪能し大満足です。 ローストビーフをその場で切ってくれたり、てんぷらはその場で揚げていました。 台湾からの団体のお客様が一杯いらしてましたが、皆さん本当にマナーがよくて、なおかつ、団体のお客様がいても全く気にならない広さが十分にありました！またいつか訪れたいです！

十勝川温泉での日帰り入浴地を検討したところ、料金は似たり寄ったりなので設備の良い向かいのホテルに行く途中に見えたので気まぐれでこちらに変更。入ってJAF割が使えると聞きました。お湯は最初肌に引っ掛かるように感じましたが、ここは十勝川温泉。間違いないはずです。露天風呂には壺風呂が２つあり、温度が違っていたようです。ゆったりとつかっていたら汗が引かず、予定の時間を上回っていました。設備ならば帯広の銭湯の方が良いですが、ホテルならではのゆったり感に浸れました。何か得した気分で後にしました。
