Me and my husband returned for the second time on 17th April 2024 for 1 week. The first time we came was August 2023, along with a lot of family and friends as me and my husband were getting married. The hotel and the staff have been amazing each time, the rooms have a fridge, a small portable hob to cook if you want along with cutlery and plates etc. There are 2 restaurants, 1 is for all inclusive but I wouldn't recommend it unless your on a budget. We all used the al a carte restaurant last year and the food was fabulous and reasonably priced. This year we went all inclusive but the food wasn't always great. Breakfast was usually okay, general beans, mushrooms, fresh omelette, fried eggs, toast, all your cereals, jams etc but lunch and dinner usually consisted of soup, chips and pastas. The rest of the food varied with different types of chicken, fish and more local food like vine leaves with rice inside. Plenty fresh salad and cakes but some days the cakes and some food were a bit tasteless. The alcohol bar is not great on all inclusive, very very basic but you do get water, fruit juice, tea and coffee as and when although the bar closes at 10pm. When we come again we will be going self catering with the al a carte. There is a shop onsite, again reasonably priced and offers snacks, juice, alcohol, blow up things for the pool etc. You do have to pay for WiFi but it's only €10 for 1 week or 350 lira. There are 5 pools, 2 for small children, 1 for young to teens with slides and 2 other larger pools, 1 at each end of the hotel. The atmosphere is always great! The staff are amazing but the entertainers Firat and Christina are amazing!! They really make you feel welcome, get adults and children involved in all activities. The adult entertainment is usually, water aerobics, yoga, darts, shooting (blanks) but there's always something in the evening aswell, karaoke, quiz nights, belly dancers amongst a few other acticities. I feel like I've known Christina and firat for years, they are awesome people. All the other staff are also amazing, always want to chat and have a laugh and take care of you. If you want to go outside to spend time there are plenty shops, bars, restaurants all withing walking distance. The beach isn't too far but there is a bus to take you there and back at certain times of the day. The beach is not included with all inclusive so you will have to pay for snacks, ice cream etc. I can't fault this hotel or anything about it (other than the all inclusive food) and we will definately be back.

We have had a fantastic 4 days here. Perfect weather for April. The staff are all friendly and helpful, right down to the cleaners and groundskeepers. Pools are immaculately clean. Lots of loungers and parasols. Loved having breakfast at the hotel, you have to try the freshly cooked omelette. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Definately a 3 star. Have to pay extra for WiFi. There is no snacks / ice cream. No cocktails and drinks are limited choices. Staff are very nice. Rooms are clean and modern, but towels are only changed twice a week and there is no drinks in the rooms Food is good just repetitive as per all inclusive. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach but the beach club food has to be paid for seperately and they do not tell you this beforehand. The entertainment team Kristina and Frat are very good, there is a mini disco and kids club which mine really enjoyed, and other activities going on which were quiet when we stayed as season had just started.

Currently here and there's a lot of building work going on!! Lots of noise from drills, angle grinders, etc, so not a very relaxing place to be! (I will try and confirm when they expect the works to be completed and will update). Not a bad location and quite a few decent restaurants nearby, including Umut Pide, Kucukoglu Restaurant, and Bey et Side. The hotel charges for WiFi, which I think is unacceptable! 5 minutes from the apartments is a Western Union. Here, you can change money and also buy a 20Gb sim card for €35 which lasts for 28 days. You'll need your passport, and the process takes about 10 minutes. There is a large Migros supermarket a 7 minute walk away. I was self-catering, but for anyone wanting to cook, good luck as there are NO utensils, just cutlery. There is a kettle, toaster, and an electric 2 hob plug in. There is an air-conditioning unit and heater in the room. A basic hairdryer in the bathroom. Not a lot of storage space for 2 people. A good-sized private balcony. I would stay here again if there was no work going on!!

Make sure you take an iron and you have to pay for Internet which we was not told about before even though we was all inclusive and the all inclusive did not include the al a carte restaurant. When we got there it was late at night the hotel is OK you get what you pay for, we was taken to our room and we had to go past the pool and the smell of chlorine was terrible. We was on the 3rd floor which we had to go up 6 set of stairs which my sister found a bit difficult as her knees are not the best and no we are not old lol we did speak to them in the morning and they changed our room. They did not like giving out big bottles of water. The food was ok we did eat out a few times. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach a few times a day and the chap that drove the bus was lovely really helpful and pleasant but the bus was not the nicest or cleanest but it got us to the beach. We never went in or sat around the pool once which we love sitting by the pool but the smell of chlorine was terrible and knew it would irriate our skin and eyes as my sister and I are both light blue eyes. The cocktails was lovely but again not included. Some of the staff was lovely some not so. We made the most of our time there but would not go back. But as I said you get what you pay for. We had never been to this part of Turkey before and thought we would try it but it is a part of Turkey I would not go back to. Holiday companies should let you know that you have to pay for Internet and that irons are not provided and if you want one you have to pay plus they did not have ironing boards. We had to iron on the top next to the sink with a towel underneath if we had known these things we would not of stayed just purely because we have never had to pay for an iron or Internet before

A very nice hotel with fantastic entertainment by Baran,Christina and Firat. The atmosphere at the hotel was fantastic. The food could at times be a bit boring but that’s completely fine. It is a good walking distance from old town Side. Definitely coming back for more next year.

The entertainment team are honestly the best, the hotel as such a fun energetic vibe. Rooms are nice clean and modern. Food in the restaurant (self catering) was very good and happy hour on cocktail’s twice a day was great. Only Down sides for was Sunbeds were gone by 6am so was early get ups if wanted a day around the pool and service could be slow at times
