We spent a week in May at the hotel and really enjoyed it. All facilities you need are at place-parking always available and secured, room is normal sized and has all necessary amnesties( eclectic kettle we asked separately and received almost immediately) and great view on the Velingrad and certainly the spa. We did not use outdoor pool, weather still did hardly allow that in May, but indoor pool big enough to enjoy swimming+whirpooll+sauna+ hamam are great set to enjoy the spa along with trea**ents/massages provided on spot. Restaurant is different story-special thanks to chef and the staff; food was served either as buffet or by menu in dependency of number of guests in the hotel and was always great. Many thanks to kind and professional hotel team, we'd certainly be back.

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve visited in Bulgaria. Service is great, food is plenty and there is everything needed. We didn’t use any Spa services this time so I cannot give feedback about that. My husband had birthday so the reception lady helped me organize a little surprise for him and also the hotel gave him a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday present. The only thing that was a little discomforting to me was that the water in the pool wasn’t warm enough for my taste but my 4 yo didn’t have problems with that. She stayed in the water for over an hour. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was completely unplanned so we didn’t have much expectations. However, Spa Club Bor surprised us very pleasantly. It is very clean, the food is very good and diverse, the staff was super nice and and the pool was warm and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

I booked my room the end of September. Arriving all the way from Canada guess what they did not have our reservation because we did not show up for our date ....They never put the right date but we did not show up.I asked at the reception am I going to get the room we paid for and they said yes.They gave us a room that was not what i paid for.Have to go back to ask for the right room.They give me the room key with answer here is what you what ....not I what is what i paid for.The rooms are gold we depend on the a/c for winter .Indoor pool is cold .The buffet become a few dishes to choose from since they are only enough people at the hotel.We had one of the bills put on our room and they come after us to pay one bill earlier instead we pay at the end of our stay.If they what us to pay after every meal why you giving an options to add bills to our room. The place is very clean.The spa and trea**ents and the people are really great.

For a first time we visited a spa hotel in Bulgaria and choose Bor as is in a pine forest with direct access to Eco-tourist trails in Rodopa mountain. We had moderate expectations and were pleasantly surprised of cleanness, attentive and fast responding team, professionalism of the management. This hotel had wonderful large pool, jacuzzi with mineral water, large balneo and spa area, wonderful garden restaurant and kids play-ground. The restaurant is typical for this type of 4* hotels with Saturday evening disco and 4-6 warm dishes each evening, tasty and cheap lunch menu. Rooms and apar**ents are large and a bit old fashioned. Our honest opinion is this hotel offers a good value for money and we strongly recommend.

Очень дорогой отель с услугами не соответствующими этим ценам . Бассейн с мин. водой очень маленький, джакузи мелкий ( только для детей). Турецкая баня не всегда работает , финскую сауну тоже не всегда нагревают нормально. Но самое ужасное это персонал . Не профессиональный, почти никто не здоровается.На сайте написано говорят по русски - никто не говорит . Кроме горничной Эмилии которая единственная заслуживает похвалы!!! И этим руководит менеджер ( говорит по русски ) которая при первой проблеме которая у нас возникла обещала разобраться но прошел день и ничего (???)потом закрылась в своем кабинете , вызывая по очередно 3 сотрудников но не впуская меня ( ????). Такого хамского поведения я не встречала нигде ( а мы объездили очень много стран ) никому не рекомендую отдыхать там , а тем более лечиться. И никакого лечения там нет ( только массаж )
