真的很離譜 前台和客房訊息不互通嘛 住這家酒店不少於十次 有三次在房間裏睡着就有人來敲門 我説了有人 還直接就刷卡進來 昨天更離譜 早上九點出酒店的時候給客房阿姨説了我們續房讓她打掃一下衞生 十點半回來的時候也在前台刷過房卡了 回房間睡到下午兩點酒店工作人員就直接把門刷開了 難道上崗前沒培訓過嗎 不知道要敲門嘛 住了那麼多次真的很差
