It was an unforgettable and bad experience at the Hotel. We booked 3 rooms for our company colleagues from the Kurtz Ersa India, Bangalore team. When we landed at Pune airport early morning hours on 29th November, despite booking one month back and having confirmation vouchers we were told that rooms were not available for us. After 1.5 hours of discussion, we got only 2 rooms for 29th Nov night. As a parallel arrangement, I was put in another Hotel. The make-shift arrangement Hotel was not more than a lodge. I could not sleep that night. I regret our decision to choose Hotel Monarch for the stay in Chakan. We had planned to choose Monarch's conference halls for our future seminars but will never consider them again. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT
