Spa Hotels in Dali

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. At first there were some isuues with the wifi, TV and safety deposit box, but as I mentioned them to the hotel, they immediately took care of them. As the hotel is in Dali Ancient Town and cars are not allowed inside, they offer a service to help you with you luggage to/from the city gate. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which consists mainly of Chinese dishes, cereals, pastries, butter, jam and coffee/tea. The pool is not heated, so during winter is not very convenient to have a bath.

When checking in on the first day, the two waitresses at the front desk seemed to have not received their salary for several months. They looked ugly and did not smile or greet each other. The guy who took the luggage was very enthusiastic. I saw a comment that when checking in at night, I turned around and fell into the small landscape lake in front of the front desk. In fact, I almost fell in. This design is very **. The room is on the upper and lower floors, and the stairs are a bit steep. It is not recommended for elderly people to stay. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. The location of the hotel is good, just next to the ancient city, but the hotel is too cost-effective and not worth it.

Location was a little far from the town center (approx 25 minutes), but it was quiet and near a mountain. I couldn’t find much reviews on the hot springs room. The person hot springs is not as private as you think. Unfortunately, as we didn’t book a villa, the room above us could easily look into our hot springs or walk over to look at us. Would recommend to bring a bathing suit. Take note that the water temperature is above a degree lower as compared to the onsens jn Japan. The room itself was lovely and clean, the reception allowed us to have a slightly later check out timing. Overall, would recommend for its price point, and was a much more comfortable stay compared to boutique hotels.

The workers were amazing and the location is great, I give a 2 out of 5 for ammenities because the room is really really dark, even in broad daylight. They were also undergoing renovations outside. I felt it was too expensive for what it actually is. Apart from that, everything great ☺️ very close to the ancient city, which is a great plus.

Highly recommend - Room view is amazing, location not too far from Dali Santorini, staff and boss were super friendly and nice service is superb. On the day we check out while waiting for dinner at restaurant n driver, we were chatting with the boss who treated us to his tea collection. We got a small souvenir from the hotel itself which is really very sweet of them. food is not bad too canton cuisine. Understand fr boss the chefs were specially hired from 5star hotels Guangzhou. Their breakfast spread is amazing! Wide variety! Will definitely return to stay if back to Dali ❤️

We get free upgrade room from standard room to room that have bathtub & balcony. The location is quite far from old town street, around 30-40 minutes. But the view is very peaceful & nice. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb the stairs but you can ask the staff to help you to bring your luggages to your room. They also have a 2 cute cats in the lobby. The breakfast doest not have that much option especially for a muslim travellers. We just can eat egg & corn. Maybe the hotel can add sweet potato as well. But overall, the staff is very nice & helpful. Will recommend this hotel for those who love a place that is from city.

It is a very well-designed hotel, full of Instagram style. Every scene in the hotel is out of the ordinary, adding a lot of joy to the journey. The rooms are spacious and bright, with reasonable layout and complete facilities. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The staff are warm and considerate, the service is meticulous and responsive to all requests. Here, you can feel the warmth and comfort of home. The sunlight in the room is so good, I feel so comfortable when I wake up looking at this view! ! Not far away you can see Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. Overall clean and comfortable, so comfortable~ I will stay here again next time I come to Dali~

The environment of the B&B is very elegant and quiet. The room is very forest-style and artistic. You can see many beautiful flowers as soon as you go out. You can see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake on the top floor. The three cats on the first floor are super cute! Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very good. The owner of the B&B is very attentive and considerate. He helped with the luggage and provided assistance. The stay experience was great.

The hotel environment is very clean, the facilities and equipment are well maintained, the rooms are very clean, the front desk and the customer service are great; the hotel is also very close to the ancient city, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play, the front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful, it can really reach the high-end service quality, floor-to-ceiling windows, the night view is very beautiful. The lighting design is very comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet separation, I have to say that the details are really great... I really love the breakfast, the food is very fresh, I must have a bowl of Yunnan rice noodles in the morning, it is very special. It is a very recommended hotel and I will come often. The hotel has free laundry and gym, which is very recommended.
