I recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Great and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.

酒店位置很好，雖然小巷，有公交車經過，地鐵口也不遠。西班牙廣場和特雷維噴泉都可以步行到達，到萬神廟走近20分鐘。最晚近22點回酒店也沒有安全問題。房間寬敞，衞生整潔，各種設施齊全，裝修現代，浴室很整潔，衞浴用品齊全。前台服務員説英語有點快，誤解了預訂好早餐，後來自費體驗一下，信價比略貴，38歐元一位，菜品豐富，味道尚可，用餐環境比較小人很多，建議預訂房間時沒帶早餐，可以去酒店附近caffe bar吃早餐。酒店裝修豪華典雅，大堂24小時值守，服務要求很快解決，安全有保障，床品舒適。

There was a female receptionist on the night shift who had a very bad attitude. Because we didn't ask for room service, we asked her for water when we returned to the hotel at night. She evaded us by saying that she could only give two bottles per room. Later, she left us alone and asked us to wait for other staff to come. She was very impatient and rolled her eyes. This was the first time I encountered such a service staff. The attitude of every other staff was very good. Water was given as long as we needed it, and they would also actively provide help. After checking in, I found that one of the bottles of water in the room had been opened and drunk. It felt that the hotel's cleaning staff did not clean and check the room very seriously. The hotel is close to Fiumicino Airport and far from the city. It provides paid shuttle buses and can also help call taxis. The hotel is very large and feels a bit like a resort. The bed is very comfortable and the toilet is relatively small

This hotel can only be described as stunning! Very new and designed like a work of art! The location is convenient, between Termini and Plaza de España. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España. There is a super delicious ice cream shop opposite! The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is large and the floor height is also high. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel is a renovation of an old house, and has the common problems of old European hotels. Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, and there are some sanitation blind spots, but they are not often used. Environment: The hotel is located in a relatively balanced location, and the walking distance to each check-in point is basically controlled within 15 minutes Service: The service attitude is very good and can answer many questions

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

The best thing about this hotel is its ambiance. Although it's not located in the city center and there aren't many restaurants nearby, the hotel itself offers a place for lunch and dinner, plus a bar. The rooms are quite spacious and the cleanliness is decent. The location is relatively close to the Vatican, about 5 kilometers away, so it's a bit of a distance to get to the city center. The breakfast was also very good, and I even received a mimosa on Women's Day. The coffee is excellent, definitely give it a try!

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

A very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.
