During an artic blast. Property was cold. Our first room had broken heat and was musty. They were nice about moving us to new room. Hard to find places to eat. Breakfast was pretty good.

Location, and price value. The check in was very easy and staff was pleasant. The bed was a bit too soft for our comfort, but overall a good stay.

Property was fine...clean, but needed some minor repairs. We did have to change rooms as refrigerator didnt work, and second room the heat was on permanent high. Hotel is beside freeway, but noise was minimal. For 5 night stay we requested housekeeping once, and they did fine job. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast left much to be desired. The city of Springfield is only 10 min drive for restaurant, groceries, activities, etc.

Room was clean and comfortable, yet dated. Staff was great and professional. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was cold, not many choices, and we were there right after it opened. They had a toaster, but no bread, bagel, or muffins! Recommend skipping breakfast here.

Clean quiet accommodations. Good location. Only issue was refrigerator needs repair or replacement. Icing up and making popping sounds. Somewhat annoying. Overall though nice place.

This was perfect for what we needed....a place to stop for the night on a road trip. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and safe. Bed was softer than I prefer but worked for the night. Breakfast wasn't too exciting....get a bowl of cereal or some toast and call it good. If you want Cracker Barrel quality, there is one in town. Room rate was a great value.

Nice roomy hotel! Well insulated so we didn’t hear road noise. Pet friendly which was a bonus. Free candy and cookies 🍪… YES! Safe and well lit parking lot. I’d stay there again!
