Could hear everything & everyone in the room above us. Floors very squeaky therefore we had no sleep. Left to go home at 7am because of this.

Reason for inconvenience and limited dining is due to the fact that there were no utensils for in room dining despite that they offer room service, and breakfast did not have many options at all, despite that this place was clean and staff were friendly and the house itself amazing and beautiful as well as the rooms

Always a nice stay here. Had an issue with the coffee maker. Brought us a new one. I asked for a kettle as i had my own press with me and they brought that too. Nice staff.

Parking was easy and people at the desk were wonderful…the room was lacking, tiny window with a blaring lit up Keg sign from across the street… had to close the blinds, very claustrophobic… no table or plug for one side of the bed… it’s winter time and the bathroom floor was freezing and the bathroom door would make a god-awful sound every time you opened it and closed it therefore waking the other person wouldn’t recommend this room. Maybe the other rooms are nicer

Loved thst we didnt have to go outside to go to Gypsy Tea Room fir a wedding. Access was easy and very convenient

We have stayed at Murray Premises several times and have never had an issue. It's a beautiful hotel located in downtown St. John's, walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shops. Great view of Signal Hill & St. John's Harbour too!

you could see where carpet was not vacuumed in corners, easily seen but was spotless everywhere else
