3-Star Hotels in Perth

We arrived quite late, but the front desk seemed to be 24-hour. The hotel is located in a Chinese-populated area, so there are plenty of Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. We even saw an airline crew checking in when we arrived. Australian hotels usually don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and this one didn't even have shower gel, only soap. However, the price was very good, and the room was quite spacious.

Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

An old hotel worth experiencing. There are many foods around. Italian street, very close to the port, the coast is beautiful. The historical precipitation of the room beauty + delicious tea bag coffee. On the top floor there is an open-air local favorite restaurant + bar that can see all sides of the city from a distance. The location is near the airport which makes it convenient for us to catch our flight straight after checking out. Although the apartment is not very big, it is well equipped with all the basic amenities. Checking in and out was easy and fast. We requested for the same room as our previous stay and they obliged us. I will definitely stay at the apartment if we visit Perth again and I recommend it to anyone who wants the convenience of being near Perth Airport and relatively comfortable place to stay.

The virtual front desk here is quite illusory. They said the convenience store would be open until 6:30 PM, but it was already closed before 6 PM. The sign on the door said it was open until 8 PM... The code they sent for the key box was wrong, so I couldn't open it. Luckily, I was able to reach them by phone and get a new code to retrieve my room card. However, after 6:50 PM, guests can't enter through the main entrance and have to go around to a small door and back entrance through the garage, which is very inconvenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene felt just average. The soundproofing is poor, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Facilities: General facilities, hair dryer is a bit problematic, blowing for dozens of seconds will automatically cut off the power. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, but I don't clean the room for two days. I stayed for 3 days to clean it. . . . This is a bit strange Environment: The room environment is quite satisfactory. However, the hotel itself has resort facilities, restaurant beer bar, small golf course, many locals come to play on weekends, and the whole is more casual. Service: Service is acceptable and more polite.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounding attractions, convenient commercial shopping, free parking, small room is enough, there is no air conditioning in the room, the room has a small window: open to absorb fresh air is very good, the public toilet and shower room are very convenient, the front desk is on the first floor bar,  You can also  By the way, drink 🍻 or drink coffee ☕️ Sleep at night ＂ Remember to lock the door! I was knocked on the door that night by the guest in the opposite room who was drunk, and pulled the door handle, scaring the baby !

The room was a very small, tastefully retro renovated 1970's motel room. The bed and linen were very good ..The late night male receptionist was helpful BUT ....the TV had no signal, Plus the remote control did not work with 2 different brand batteries! The electric kettle had some dubious deposits in the bottom, and it was equivalent to a $40 hotel in Asia but cost around $160! I will not stay here again.

Please avoid at all cost. Hidden charges, broken lift, and you be told to read the fine print if you question them about hidden charges.
