I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The room is thoughtfully equipped with sticky notes and pens. The bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious. The buffet breakfast has a variety of varieties. You can come and experience it.

This guesthouse is a real gem! The room design is superb, the double sofa by the window creates such a cozy atmosphere—perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and watching a movie in the evening. The value is phenomenal; at this price, it even includes a Tmall Genie smart home system, instantly elevating the stay experience. The best surprise is the elevator—no effort at all when carrying large luggage! The room was impeccably clean, spotless; the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location is also amazing—just a 3-minute walk to the attractions, making travel incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and even recommended a local gem for breakfast buns—delicious and affordable. Overall, a perfect experience, incredibly high value, a true hidden gem—I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Very good the girls are very friendly and they upgrade my room. Definitely I’ll go back there again. It’s my favourite place. Breakfast ladies are very friendly and I love the hospitality and location.

The service attitude of the front desk and concierge is super good, warm and friendly, efficient, and full marks for details! Every detail of the homestay is done very well! From the front desk to the room, everything is clean and tidy. The room is fully equipped with complete facilities, elegant environment, warm atmosphere, spacious, bright and clean. I highly recommend this place!

Just a short walk to Kong Temple and Kong Mansion. Hotel was in a place boxed in by other building. My room looks out to another building just about 10M away. Room itself was still comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok. Reception staff was polite and greet every time we walk in or out

Very friendly and helpful staff. We checked in at 11:45pm~ and were assisted by staff to our room and picking breakfast options. The room was very new and clean. Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered by robot at the specified time. The luggage storage was very convenient. We had a room facing an external wall so there was no view but good natural light. Thank you for the comfortable stay

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple. They offer free parking, including EV charging stations. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and juice in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.

I stayed in the hotel room quite well. I was satisfied with the fact that there was an employee at the front desk whose service was so bad. It made me very angry when I reported problems when I stayed in a hotel. It was unlucky to encounter this front desk person. How can such a famous Vienna hotel recruit such a person who is not afraid of guests? Are they lost? They are not as good as the other front desk employees. 🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around. 🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu 🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant. 🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds. 🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it ! Nice music during shower time which is put automatically. Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep. Overall nice service from people working there.
