I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The room is thoughtfully equipped with sticky notes and pens. The bed is comfortable. The room is very spacious. The buffet breakfast has a variety of varieties. You can come and experience it.

酒店的位置還是很不錯的，離着區政府不遠，交通比較方便，還可以説車牌號免費停車，周邊的購物餐飲也比較方便。 酒店的房間空間還可以，寢具是硬墊加乳膠，睡覺很舒服，衞生間雖然不是乾濕分離，但空間還是可以的，就是淋浴水流比較小。早餐比較豐富，味道也還不錯。

Just a short walk to Kong Temple and Kong Mansion. Hotel was in a place boxed in by other building. My room looks out to another building just about 10M away. Room itself was still comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok. Reception staff was polite and greet every time we walk in or out

Very friendly and helpful staff. We checked in at 11:45pm~ and were assisted by staff to our room and picking breakfast options. The room was very new and clean. Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered by robot at the specified time. The luggage storage was very convenient. We had a room facing an external wall so there was no view but good natural light. Thank you for the comfortable stay

This stay at the Starway Hotel was great! No loss is a chain hotel. And every staff member at the front desk is warm and caring, the whole attitude is particularly good, check out also intimate gifts, the details are full. We stayed for three people, the room was spacious and not crowded, and it would not be cramped at all. The windows have a wide view, the lighting and landscape are very good, the overall is clean and comfortable, the price is close to the people, the price is super high, and the travel accommodation is highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple. They offer free parking, including EV charging stations. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and juice in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a smart speaker, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which all smell quite pleasant.

I stayed in the hotel room quite well. I was satisfied with the fact that there was an employee at the front desk whose service was so bad. It made me very angry when I reported problems when I stayed in a hotel. It was unlucky to encounter this front desk person. How can such a famous Vienna hotel recruit such a person who is not afraid of guests? Are they lost? They are not as good as the other front desk employees. The hotel was great. Very comfortable and modern. It was warm and clean. The music that plays when you take a shower is really nice. We didn’t have a window in our room but it wasn’t a problem. The room had a good air filter and it didn’t smell musty or smoking at all. The location was good in that it was close to the Confucius Temple and our stay included free tickets to see the 3 Confucious sites.
