Guest UserThe room was fantastic, a cozy two-story layout with a balcony! We were able to experience the charm of Confucian culture up close (it's very close to the 'Three孔' scenic area). Our family excitedly discussed the Analects, believing that in such a quiet and harmonious environment, Confucius himself would surely feel our presence. The experience was unparalleled! We also felt the meticulous and thoughtful assistance from Marriott's front desk staff, Xiao Qian and Xiao Hong, who are from the birthplace of Confucianism. They helped me mail documents and even sent back my child's pants that were left behind after we checked out! I'm not sure if 'Marriott' (万豪) derives its '万' from the 'wan ren gong qiang' (万仞宫墙 - ten-thousand-foot palace wall) and its '豪' from the 'hao jie' (豪杰 - heroes) who have bowed down for centuries, but I do know that 'green hair' (绿发 - *possibly a playful or inside reference, hard to translate directly without context, so kept as is*) hides the promise of our family's next spontaneous journey!

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Qufu. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and what impressed me the most was its beautiful traditional Chinese-style design, which perfectly matches the cultural atmosphere of Qufu.
All of the staff were professional, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qufu, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Guest UserThis hotel was a complete surprise! It's just a two-minute walk from the Confucius Temple, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. All the accommodations are charming two-story villas, each featuring a living room, study, two bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and even a drying room – they truly have everything. The room design is a stunning blend of classical Chinese aesthetics, and it's incredibly clean. The breakfast for two was also incredibly comprehensive; my daughter and I aren't big eaters, so we didn't even get the buns, wontons, and noodles served, fearing waste. My daughter didn't want to leave because our stay was so comfortable. I also have to commend our butler. The museum guide and Three Confucius sites guide they recommended were both top-tier professionals in their field, and they explained everything wonderfully! They also helped arrange our visit to Nishan Sacred Land, which saved me both money and effort.

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is unique, and the facilities are complete. Because it is the Spring Festival, the hotel specially provided a fruit plate. The room was upgraded to the south side with a small courtyard for free. The housekeeper Qi Tiantian arranged by the hotel is very responsible and contacted the attractions in time Pick-up and drop-off vehicles are available at the scenic spot, and the scenic spot tour activities are arranged.

During the National Day holiday, I visited Luyuan Village and chose the Luyuan Hotel. The experience far exceeded my expectations!
I especially want to praise our housekeeper, Zhang Shengnan, who proactively contacted us before our stay and provided warm and attentive service throughout. She was always smiling and introduced us to the village's attractions like a friend. She also offered to help with our luggage both during check-in and check-out, making us feel incredibly warm and at home.
Taxiing from the high-speed rail station to the Nishan Visitor Center is easy, costing about 33 yuan. After checking in, the staff will guide you to your room via a shuttle bus. We stayed in room 12206 of Tianqiaoju, on the second floor. The view from the window was beautiful, and the lights were even more stunning at night.
The hotel's breakfast was also exceptional, with delicious Shandong pancakes and steamed buns. After check-out, they even let us store our luggage for free, allowing us to continue exploring the village.
The kids had a blast here, and our whole family was delighted. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I highly recommend the Nishan Academy Hotel. It's a garden-style hotel with a shuttle service from the front desk to the rooms. They also offer shuttle buses to Nishan Sacredland and Luyuan Village. The breakfast is high quality. I suggest staying two nights to have a more relaxed experience. Generally, a butler will add you on WeChat and respond promptly to your needs.
We stayed in a mountain-view garden room, and the window view was beautiful. On a rainy day, looking out at Nishan shrouded in mist, my child said, 'It reminds me of a poem: 'Where white clouds gather, there are homes.' The mountain-view garden twin rooms cannot be combined (there's a hanging nightstand in the middle that can't be moved). If you're worried about children falling off the bed, you can use a large chair to push against the side of the bed. I heard that the twin beds in the villas can be combined, but with one room and one small courtyard, ordering two rooms for our trip felt less convenient with two separate courtyards, and it was also more expensive. I really liked the breakfast at Nishan Academy Hotel and their Yatang Chinese restaurant; I found them more palatable than places in Qufu city.
I recommend checking room types and offerings on multiple platforms and the hotel's official WeChat account. I prefer the 'room + breakfast for two' package and not the ones that include tickets. Although Nishan Sacredland and Luyuan Village are quite large and commuting can be inconvenient, the complimentary dual-park tickets (usually valid for 2 days, with two entries to Nishan Sacredland and one to Luyuan Village) were generally sufficient. However, unlimited entry tickets offer more peace of mind, and more importantly, they aren't expensive.

Guest UserA top-notch hotel! It's close to Liangshan Scenic Area, with a great location and environment. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and high-end, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, enough to fill you up and satisfy you! One suggestion: the air conditioning wasn't working on the night of our stay. We called housekeeping at 10 PM, but the technician couldn't fix the problem, so we had to sleep with the windows open all night.
