3-Star Hotels in Davao City

Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

The Good Stuff: • Unbeatable Location & Easy to Find: The absolute best part about this hotel is how convenient it is. It is incredibly easy to locate, even if you are arriving in a new city for the first time. You are just minutes away from major spots, making it a perfect base for exploring. •Perfect for Families & Friends: The layout and atmosphere are highly recommended for groups. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate families or a bunch of friends traveling together without everyone feeling crammed. The staff is welcoming and great with larger groups. Where They Can Improve: •The Breakfast Buffet: While everything else was great, the breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. The options were a bit repetitive, and some of the hot dishes were lukewarm by the time we sat down. It is fine for a quick bite, but they could definitely do better with variety and freshness.

Rooms are too small we booked 2 single bed . No slippers also and tissue for the 2nd day upon request. So u need to aak if u need it.Breakfast is plated . No amenities just a room to sleep .

Very clean, staff are kind and courteous and the amenities are beautiful especially the rooftop pool at night 😊. Only downside is access to use the pool is an additional charge which I didn’t think was good for business. But the hotel is central and quite close to SM Lanang Mall which is a bonus!

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Booked 1 night for my daughter, room is spacious she said. People are courteous ☺️ she enjoyed the breakfast (she love pinoy food). Location is great!

I enjoyed staying in this place although the flat was a little hard to find, make sure that you connect with the landlord first :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

The location is great, close to everything, but the main issue is their checkout time. It's only until 10 AM, even though it said 12 PM on ***********. Then, you're suddenly hit with a 398 cleaner's fee, which wasn't mentioned on *********** either. You also have to pay a 1K deposit, and when you get there, you have to wait for the owner's confirmation. If I had known all this, I would have just booked a hotel directly, where you don't have to pay a cleaner's fee.

The space was okay the trip is for a business. It is near the central of Tori’s so it’s a bit accessible. The place was okay and neat.
