4-Star Hotels in Lucca

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

Actually everything was fine and really quiet and nice breakfast and 24 hour reception. There is a main building and a depandance, although close to each other, but there are a lot of stairs, so this hotel is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The rooms have their own air conditioning that works and is very easy to operate, which is fine.

The hotel is located in the old town. If you are driving to get ready, the road is very narrow and it feels like you are going to meet people. In addition, it is not recommended to book 2 beds, because it is a very narrow single bed! Breakfast is quite rich, the old town is not big to walk anywhere.

Отличный отель в прекрасном городе Лукка! Всё близко ; и кафе, и магазины, и вме достопримечательности города. Очень понравилось отношение персонала и особенно Стефании. Она говорит достаточно хорошо по- русски . Было приятно получить от неё ценные советы по изучению города

Excellent breakfast, the spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. It is perfectly located with the parking around.

’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
